Property locked up on arrival No record of our booking Room rated as Superior but was less than basic. Bathroom cupboard door damaged hanging off. Bathroom shower tray outlet cap broken with jagged edge. Mould around shower tray and door frame. Shower curtain needed cleaning. Bathroom plasterwork repairs not finished. Bathroom basin tap loose. Duvet on bed was too small think it was a single on a double bed. Electric kettle supplied but nowhere to plug it in close to table. Noisy traffic and people talking outside can be heard at night. Nobody on reception.

the people were extremely rude and not friendly it was awful

We had booked 2 rooms et one was nice the other one however was not to be recommended...

One of the room was very loud (party under from 12h to 1am), the bed sheet were not even covering 2 people, a lamp was there but was not plugged et no socket..

Easy access to the motorway on our long trip. Staff contacted us to let us know about how to access the hotel out of hours.

Hotel is located next to the main road, so a little noisy. There was quite a strong smell in the hotel- a mixture of strong cleaning products and something else.
