arriving to the property we were surprised by the kindness of the staff especially Vikaria and Katerina. they explained every about the hotel. we were 2 couples and they upgraded us to suites with a pool each. every question was replied with patient explanations. the rooms were modern and spacious filled with a Nespresso machine. spacious shower. big room and a balcony with a pool. the view was great. and the surroundings are quiet. the beach is beautiful. Syvota is small with a lot of restaurants. the breakfast is great.

that we couldn’t stay longer but that has nothing to do with the hotel 😂

The location was incredible. The rooms were fabulous. The views were amazing. The reception staff and particularly the guest relations manager was all fantastic - friendly and accommodating. The ladies that were cleaning the rooms daily were lovely and need a mention! Smiling efficient and kind! The two pools were beautiful. We loved hanging out on the pontoon (rather than beach) in the day. The hotel was not over crowded, with sun beds available at the pool or pontoon whenever we wanted them (tiny beach was busy). We loved going into Sivota in the evening for shopping and dinner, or to Parga, and being able to hire a wide variety of boats/yachts. Again location amazing - close to islands of Paxos and Anti Paxos to explore. Lots to do, and much more to visit for another time! Over all a beautiful hotel!

There was no gym. The beach was very small (the photograph of the property is slightly deceiving as half of the beach is public. It appears that the whole beach is private with the hotel) The menu was very limited (breakfast was fabulous) but lunch and particularly dinner - was very limiting and very expensive. Only one place to eat for dinner and the food was very nouvelle cuisine. Not even a plain greek salad (feta foam instead of feta cheese for example). No pasta dishes, and a chef that was un compromising. For example - requesting to change the meat in the tacos - from pork to chicken. At breakfast I had requested poached eggs - as medium cooked (as chef cooked previous eggs almost raw) and this caused rudeness from the staff insisting this was not possible. I only wanted the eggs cooked for 30 seconds longer - standard for pretty much any 5 star hotel around the world. So this was disappointing. The room service was the same as the day menu and with a massive surcharge. The hotel is expensive so I would not expect to pay additional payment just for room service.

Lovely hotel in a relatively quiet part of Greece. The teenagers had a large double room with balcony they were very happy with. We went for a room with a pool looking out over the sea, perfect if you want some time to yourself or a late night dip under the stars. Everything was very clean, the staff wonderfully helpful and friendly. When we had an issue with the air conditioning an engineer appeared within minutes to reset the system. The grounds are well looked after with flowers blooming everywhere. There is an infinity pool for adults and another for families. Neither was ever crowded. The small beach area soon fills up but the beds on the pontoon or higher up always had space. Take an early morning swim in the sea, you will be all alone to watch the sun come up over the hotel. The sea is warm and clear with fish and the occasional octopus for company. Kayaks, paddle boards are available too. Food is good but take a 15 minute walk into the port for variety, lots of restaurants and bars. Nightlife in Greece starts late and finishes who knows when! All in all, a great hotel run by friendly staff who provide wonderful service. Thank you.

location a la carte food very nice

our room veranda not great, extremely overlooked by adjacent villas from another resort type villa complex - paying 400 euros per night expected a wardrobe and shelves and drawers, just had a rail - nice new bathroom - good shower and toilet but nowhere to put our own toiletries, had to use a table outside bathroom - no shaving mirror. unfortunately tested positive for covid after first breakfast - so stayed in room. Nice place - but probably not our cup of tea.

The resort was the kind of place you could relax and enjoy your time with your family. Our room was nice and we felt like we were at home, it also had all the necessary equipment. The staff was lovely and friendly, I have been in many places but the people in Domotel were so nice and easy to talk to. The view of the hotel was incredible and the beach area was cozy and private. The hotel looked like an oasis and generally very clean.

There wasn’t much not to like about the property, the only thing I would prefer would be a restaurant with more Mediterranean Cuisine or Traditional Greek food since there was only one restaurant with a la carte menu, and I would have hoped to see more food options. The other thing that I would like to mention was the access to the beach, because you had to climb some stairs and walk a little to get there from my room, but this aside it was totally worth it.

Everything!!!! the rooms were spacious , clean, comfortable and the staff were amazing. especially Maria Tsaourda and Basiliki. a true 5 star Resort. a wonderful experience , one of my favorite places.

Amazing view from the room, all was just perfect

The room was spacious and very clean. There was a kettle and a selection of sachets of tea and coffee. Also there was an espresso machine with a selection of capsules. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I also loved the bathroom that had spacious, great shower. The quality of the toiletries was good! There were many towels, 2 bathrobes and slippers available. The balcony had nice size and a bit of sea view. I think that there was a small jacuzzi there too but it was not in use due to covid. We parked just outside our room. The parking is in open-air but inside the hotel premises and it is for free. I loved the breakfast! Great buffet with sweets and salty food. We enjoyed the amazing seaview while we were eating breakfast. The beach is absolutely magnificent with very clean water and nice sunbeds.

We loved everything. We stumbled across this while searching through Booking.com We needed somewhere to relax for a few days while we waited for our flight home as my husband was taken ill while on holiday. This was the most perfect place. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Food was exceptional,breakfast was so fresh and lots to choose from. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels. I’ve noticed on some sites this is classed a 4* Definitely one of the best 5* I have stayed in. Will definitely be back next year.
