Very good hotel and kind staff. Highly recommended.

15min walking distance to center. Reasonably good breakfast for that price.

Hotel is more like 2 star, not 4 for sure. Room is dark, old hotel.

I really liked our top-floor room (apartment), it was quite spacious for 3 people with a view on roof-tops. The location is also very convenient, it took us a couple of minutes to get to the hotel from the nearest underground station, and about 15 minutes to get to the central train station. The stuff at the reception was really friendly and extremely helpful.

Sometimes it was a bit noisy due to poor soundproofing, but we rarely stayed in the room for long, so it wasn't actually bad.

We arrived early, however, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and tried checking if the room was ready for us. It understandably wasn't quite ready yet so she kept our bags safely locked away for us which was good. The bed is very comfortable and the room was a little bit smaller then we anticipated, but it had nice big windows with a lovely view of orange trees in the park across the road. Everything was clean, the location was great, about 10 mins walk down the same street to a beautiful palace, the main train station and the main street of Prague, and then you could continue down to the Old town. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide choice of cooked foods, pastries, fruit, coffee and nice juices. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is a 10-15 mi walk to centre Safe Variety of stores and shops nearby. Small parks also nearby. Big room and very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly.

These are minor gripes. The bed was a tad soft for me, if u prefer a hard mattress this may be an issue. The water in the bathroom would become a trickle, and sometimes suddenly switch between cold and very hot.

We enjoyed the comfort of the room, the view, the yummy breakfast, the location. Staff was helpful and kind. Ideal, we will definitely come back!

Lights did not work in the room or bathroom so had to use flashlight on our phones and we had to pull the fridge out of the cupboard as the wire didn’t reach through the back of it and to the plug socket. One of the windows didn’t close properly.
