Staff, location, room.
Bright blue LED on the smoke alarm shining into my eyes all night and hearing every sound of the person in the next door room through the joining door.

Great location, many restaurants and bars in walking distance. Nice staff, and easy to check in after 4 pm. Cosy and quiet location.
Bad wifi. The room was pretty cold when I arrived, and the air was moist in the bathroom (the towels where not completely dry).

Wonderful breakfast. I like that they (Ditte) contacted me a few weeks before to update me about their facilities and restaurant closure during winter. Offered alternatives and even booked a great place for us to dine at when we arrived. The beds had an automatic remote control function to incline (tempur?) Wow. I appreciated that they provided convenient (free) laundry in the fitness centre.
Maybe provide a curtain for the smaller window in my room.
