Sea view, lovely inside and outside onsen
The room smelt of smoke - even though
we asked to be moved from the first room
as it was a smoking one - the second room
still smelt.

Very friendly staff. You can phone to be collected from the JR Kinosaki Onsen station. Lovely on-site onsen area.
Pillows slightly uncomfortable. Booking.com listed the property as Kinosaki Onsen when actually it is further away and an 1 hours walk so it isn’t one of the hotels you can then walk around in your Yukata around the Onsen town.

View of the sea. Wonderful and generous breakfast, a real treat.
Next to a revolting Marine Park where dolphins deprived of their freedom can be heard crying out loud in distress.

We arrived the hotel at night and the navigator brought us to the back of the hotel but still access to the hotel which was great.
The room is big enough for 5 of us and it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great too. There were many choices of menu and they were good quality. The surprising was the Kinosaki Marine world which is next to the hotel and we also received a half price coupon for the tickets. We had a very good time there and enjoy the shows very much.
