Durante mi trayecto hable al hotel para informar de mi llegada tarde y me indicaron que no había problema. Al llegar no respetaron mi reserva. Tuve que salir a buscar otro hotel a las 11 de la noche.

La ubicación y que estaba limpio, al menos un 80% de limpieza si se sentía ,estuvo comodo, el joven de la recepción por la mañana, muy atento y amable

Que el ventilador de la habitación no funcionó lo bueno que no hizo mucho calor, el área del desayuno estaba en remodelación y el desayuno fue muy pero muy sencillo☹️ la recepcionista de la tarde no era muy amable que digamos, y el olor a cañería era muy fuerte, no me gustó que había alberca y estaba fuera de servicio 😏 Si ocupa mejorar varios puntos.

Ubicación, acceso, trato del personal, y facilidad de uso de instalaciones m, como el asador, juegos, alberca.

Solo que el primer día no había toallas solo una, pero el resto de días todo muy bien.

location is great depending on what your there for, it worked for us. There’s a shopping center across with convenient stores and a fast food restaurant. Also a Oaxacan restaurant food is delicious.

I arrived to the hotel at 8:30am to drop off my luggage since check in is until 3pm. Was greeted by receptionist and everything was good. Came back around 12:30pm my husband and I were tired sleepy the weather was at 90 couldn’t be out there much longer. My husband did ask if we could be checked in the answer was no until 3. Ok, fine we sat in a little area they have with couches and literally took a nap. Keep in mind hotel was not busy there was no one coming in to check in it was just us at that time. What upset me was that nor the manager or receptionist bother to offer us anything knowing that we were there waiting for our room. So, finally we get our room a little after 3 to find it with no hot water😡 I didn’t complain I was so exhausted. Next day I did mention it to receptionist this was early morning we were heading out. When coming back issue was not taken care of had to adjust to issue again and made it clear to have it solve before heading out again. My fourth day in the room water issue was solved and asked for my room to be cleaned. I come back and see beds made with same covers floors not swept restroom not cleaned. Again, ok fine.... Also, most of the times that I would walk out there was no one in front desk this people or so unprofessional we would walk by and never greeted us.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for going to Feria de San Marcos because it is a walkable distance and it has free parking.

One can hear everything in the room like people walking in late, people snoring

the staff ., no helpful it all . to noisy. the fun wasn’t working. the switch at the bathroom. no working . to small t.v. and didn’t work . the worst was the towels and the sheets.

The toilet was plugged and unflushed upon my arrival apparently by the previous guests and the receptionist would not call the plumber until next morning. The hotel staff gave me a bucket to dump water from the sink to attempt to flush the leftover human necesities and toilet paper in the toilet. The recepcionist refused to change to another room. Extremely nasty and impolite receptionist Andrea. I was told by Andrea the receptionist that since I booked the room thru Booking.com on the morning of my stay, the hotel staff did not have the time to check that the toilet was properly working and could be flushed. I will never go again to such hotel. I had to put up with the smell of the human necesities due to the plugged toilet as the noxious odor was entering my room even though the bathroom door was closed.
