Pillows, mattresses and duvets were in bad condition.

The location was great, close to all the shopping malls. The hotel was clean and the beds were firm and very comfortable. The staff were very professional and easy to communicate with. The air conditioning was good. The shower was great. There was an electric hot water kettle for drinking and purified water container outside for our floor. There was an elevator in the hotel. There was no smell of smoke in our room. The Hotel is only 7 minutes from the KL Sentral bus station. All in all a great bargain for the price.

The TV worked well but could of had more channels. There was only 4 channels.

There was nothing to like

Staff are conmen, bed sheets where yellow, room smelt like feces, no toilet seat, terrible lift. I left the hotel aftonly 2 hours because it was absolutely disgusting and I have been travelling Asia for a year, worst hotel so far, well done .
