Pretty Bad Experience. At the reception when I checked in, they told me my room was in another pavilion, not in the main one. So officially my room was in a very different, awful style hotel and I had the real sensation that my booking was not correctly registered and expected. on the confirmation this info (room in a very different / second pavilion) should absolutely be said. So a very bad room, a pretty essential breakfast and moreover the transfer to the airport organised by the reception forgot about me. After many requests the lady called him and it was quite embarrassing.

Although the décor was a little dated, it was exceptionally clean with pleasent gardens and pathways. Very relaxed atmosphere and a lovely pool and poolside bar and snack bar. Family run hotel and Poppy the owner more than accommodating. Excellent location, five minutes from beach and restaurants and bars. All you want for a relaxing laid back stay.

The Eleni Hotel in Kefalos was fantastic, the family were wonderful and they couldn't do enough for you. Eleni Mike and Poppy were great host's and always working. Our room was spotless as was the dining room and the pool.Ten out of Ten to the Eleni. Thankyou all so much for looking after us and giving us a wonderful holiday.
