L'emplacement uniquement ! Il est proche des commerces mais comme il n'y a pas d'isolation on entend le bruit de la rue comme si on y était !

C'était le jour d'ouverture ok mais quand même !Quand nous avons pris notre chambre il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude !! L'odeur d'égouts ! Pas de volets ni isolation donc bruyant. Le petit déjeuné est servi qu'à partir de 9 heures, dommage pour les lève tôt et pour notre jour de départ ! Pas de restaurant alors que l'année dernière nous y avions très bien mangé et le personnel ou propriétaires je pense sont pas très accueillants nouveaux peut-être ? Vu le tarif on ne s'attendait pas à du luxe mais nous en avons fait beaucoup sur Tossa et franchement je déconseille !

We were were near to everything, it was clean and comfortable and staff were absolutely lovely, every time we emailed we got replies promptly and politely

When we arrived it was night, the shutters on window was closed and so was bathroom door...there was no sense of cosiness..it is a hostel but not much cheaper than hotels in the area so did expect more...little things like painting woodwork, pretty colours on beds, pictures on walls would have made such a difference as would a kettle, missed having a coffee on the balcony... the shower was pitifully, a drip and if you turned on more pressure on it sprayed the whole floor, also no hot water...I have giving such a negative view as we did enjoy our holiday...they are just little things that could and should be improved for the price you pay

No AC in a part of the world that definitely needs AC. Poor WiFi connection, either non existant or slow in rooms

Excellent location, close to the old town, shops, restaurants and beach. Good restaurants in the castle. Small cove beach near the castle is our favourite. Don't expect a plush hotel, very basic but we have stayed here for the third time because of the location.

The staff were very very nice The location was incredible, beaches nearby, lovely safe pleasant neighborhood Exquisite view and coffee :) 10% discount for their restaurant, which was solid Included breakfast was alright, saves time and money, but it's tiny

location is simply amazing!!! very charming and right in front of the church, which is even more beautiful at night all lit up.

mornings were a bit noise with the streets been washed and people talking which ecos a lot. there were also some remodeling going on which didn’t help much.
