Only Continental breakfast was available, but it was plentiful, varied, and suited my needs. Very happy with it

A minor point, but a higher seat at the desk/counter where are was using my computer.

Helen and Paul were lovely hosts at the B&B, and glad they let us book last minute!). They made a really nice (and massive) breakfast for the two of us, we had our own room with an ensuite that was cleaned daily, they had a large storage, and desk space. They added tea and coffee into the room and added some toiletries in the shower encase we forgot! We spoke to them both usually at Breakfast, and go over our adventures, and they'd recommend some places to go as well! The B&B is a few streets in from the town centre, so easy access to the local morrisons and in walking distance of the castle and gardens. We were also able to park on the main road outside the B&B without a problem! If we ever get the chance to go up again, we would happily book here again :)

The hosts were the greatest attribute! Wonderfully kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful with where to go and best ways to get there. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home and comfortable. They even shared a very delicious homemade sweet treat with me to take on my journey before I left. The quiet and cozy atmosphere was great and the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot.

this bed and breakfast is in an ideal location with all bars and restaurants just a few minutes away. The hosts were so friendly. It almost felt like we were staying with friends.

Saniflo in the room left a permanent whiff of sewerage. I would have rather walked down the hall and used a shared bathroom than put up with the smell in my room all the time. Too embarrassing to mention really but wouldn't stay there again. I don't have that at home and expect better than home when on holiday. Breakfast was ok. Not keen on all the coloured mix of crockery and utensils - felt like I was eating off charity shop plates and spoons. Something white and crisp would have been better. Never had to boil a kettle in a breakfast room - have always had a pot of tea or coffee brought to table. Continental was ok but not like a fry up. Towels in the room were like cardboard.

Very homely and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Lovely continental breakfast.

Bathroom was rather small.

The property was in a good position to visit the town centre. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious.
