The onsen had numerous pools with different temperatures and included message jets in laying and standing pools. They also have a Norwegian style sauna. The room was spacious and had easy controls for the aircon and lighting. The hotel has a main floor which includes a café, relaxation rooms, a library, and snacks and drinks available all night. They also provide free parking next to the hotel which is a great bonus in the city.

Depending on the time you arrive, there can be a line for check-in. The staff is incredibly helpful, but there can be a wait if you come at a busy time. Side note about the pillows, they are the type with beads in them but they are very thick so it's less noticeable than the regular beaded futon pillows.

It's not really a hotel, or should I say not in a traditional sense. There was no shower in the room. You can't take any food in. There's no facilities in the room (fridge kettle etc). The rooms are tiny. You can't wear your own clothes when in the hotel. Check in at 6pm. Check out at 10am. Do they really need 8 hours to clean the rooms?
