La partie SPA était sur réservation avec une obligation de 2h.

Hôtel bien situé, moderne et propre.

La disponibilité du personnel, sa gentillesse. La mise à disposition gratuite de l'eau et du café. Le petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité.la situation près de la plage et les petits restos à proximité.. Le parking fermé.

Les bruits de la rue entre 23 et 24h, on laisse la fenêtre ouverte la nuit en été ! Heureusement ce n'est qu'à l'heure de fermeture des restos et bistrots.

the breakfast was quite poor. we had superior rooms - one would expect higher quality. right after the arrival once we entered room we found out the sink was broken, so the water could not flow out. the staff was not able to repair it because noone competent was available at weekend. Finally I had to fix the sink by myself with my Swiss knife...

its geographical situation

the room, no heating available,not particularly clean due to failing performance of cleaning staff (house keeping). last but not least breakfast very limited. as a positive note I have to say the staff of the reception were superb and outstanding! very friendly, helpful and customer oriented.

A fairly large, clean and comfortable room with adequate power points. Relatively quiet. The luggage trolley and lift were appreciated.

I booked the hotel because it advertised secure parking but the security door was broken and I was advised to park in the street, even though I had a lot of luggage in the car. Breakfast over-priced for what was on offer. Location was a bit difficult to find even with sat-nav because of the road layout and lack of signage. No outside space or beach views which one often have with spa hotels.
