The property was well located near enough to old town/the port but also to some other restaurants/supermarkets/etc. Marija was extremely lovely and was very helpful during the whole stay!
Just for transparency, the property is up 6 flights of steps which meant you get a good workout! There could be some additional minor basic amenities/condiments such as salt and oil (they already had pepper and washing liquid). The wifi was also not the strongest.

location was great! right in the middle of everything myself and friends wanted to do! very quiet room and area. Lile was very kind and professional , would stay again! thank you again Lile!
cable did not work in living room. luckily we were not in the room long so it did not bother us!

I loved the place! I went with a few friends and there was plenty of beds for all of us. Two nice patios to hang out on. Beds were comfortable and the host was great with communication and helping us out. Highly recommend

Lokation was good.
Pictures was not like that as apartment. It was not cleaned properly specially in the kitchen. There were two tv and they did not work, owner promised to fix it,but didn't. In the bathroom was problem with water, in the toilet was not light.

it was spacious and the host left us fresh fruit which was lovely to receive. we were able to make fresh orange juice for our breakfast. The host was very accommodating and even gave us a lovely restaurant recommendation.

Very easy to independently fetch the keys and return them too as we arrived and left at rather unorthodox times. Host communicated clearly how to manage the property. The host also often inquired if we needed anything and was very helpful in providing information regarding tourist attractions for us, including additional discounts we wouldn't otherwise have gotten.
The beds were noisy when making the slightest move. One of the two person beds was more akin to a sleeping couch. The appartment was on the 5th floor without lift, which meant quite a lot of stairs in extreme heat.

This apartment is the best apartment I have ever experienced so far. the host is really kind. my son forgot to bring back his stuff. however the host told us to send it back to our home. the host also offered welcome fruits and chocolete for our family. she asked me constantly if we need anything else. The rooms have 2 air conditioners. Due to its high floor, the view of rooms were really beautiful. she also offered parking lots for 2 cars. everything was so perfet. I will visit here again if I come to split. Thanks.

Great location, well-equipped apartment, easy check in and check out. Exceptionally friendly host who communicated well and fast via whatsapp and who offered to send home the e-reader one of us left in the apartment.

The apartment is really nice with an amazing view of Split’s old town and the sea.
We didn’t meet our host, but she was always easy to reach by phone and we had a welcome pack that really fill our needs after a long trip!
I would definitely recommend it!

Great location near the centre, parking in front of the house, the owner was very nice, prepared some refreshment, tea, coffee, sweets,fruit….. we would come back

The apartment had all we needed for our quick stop in Split. It was easy to find, a parking lot for our two cars was available, the city center was at walking distance. All in all I would happily return to this place. Lile, thank you for your kindness!

It was very confortable and well located, and at a very good value. The cleaning lady in charge of the check in and out was kind and attended our needs.
