Location

The room shown to me on your booking site was totally different from the room given to me .it was just like cheating someone by showing some other room but they change my room after my complaint on next day.

1.Location....was in the midst of a city and a narrow road lead to it...one of biggest spoiler. 2.View...through the suite, view was average from balcony even after paying 10000 fr a night. 3.Breakfast buffet....havent seen such a limited spread anywhere. 4. Few more issues such as net connectivity in the rooms and cooling issue in restaurant.

The facilities was fine and so was the location, however the lift did not work for the duration of our stay.

The lift could have been fixed.

The room was nice. It had a jacuzzi and a balcony. The view was wonderful. The rooms lack sound-proofing. So one has to hear all the chit-chat from outside.

I stayed here for 5 days. Checkin experience was great. That was the only time they were decent. The food served here is horrendous. Breakfast was served "mess style", by this I mean they cycle the same breakfast every three days. We mentioned about the food quality to the restaurant manager, but no improvement whatsoever. We got hair twice in our food, once during breakfast and once during in-room dining. Nobody asked about our stay while we checked out. They just took the bill and that was it.
