Great location, absolutely wonderful staff. Fantastic value for money.
Rooms are a little tired, but clean and tidy.

What we all liked was the beds, if I could have taken them home I would have. They were very very comfortable.
There was no breakfast available at all, that was a great big no for us. Hopefully in the future there will be. They also need to redo rooms as next door lights were visible .

The room was a good size & bed was comfortable, bathroom was good.
The restaurant was excellent & the food delicious. The staff were very accommodating & friendly
The curtains in room need attention as some of the clips were broken & they did not close properly

Room was small(certainly not the deluxe room as per pictured). Had strong smell of disinfectant. Bed very basic double. Outside chairs badly weathered. We could not stay. Found alternate accommodation. 1st time ever had to do this!

The Balcony was nice
On Booking.com the property is advertised as having room service Breakfast,this is not the case,with no Breakfast avaible even in the resturant.The main reason we stayed there was not having to worry about going and getting Breakfast.Details need to be updated.Ther was no heating in the room which is also advertised on booking.com.

The duty manager was very helpful resoving our complaint about the first room allocated to us.
Hr was very helpful as a dining room waiter and invited me to look around the old hotel.
He was everywhere,a very busy man.I think his name was Brad.
He also helped me find a safe place to leave my car in an overcroded car park.
The motel part of the old hotel is tired and really ordinary
The first room allocated was terrible. Peeling paint on the door and stick on
Aluminium foil stuff to restrict light I presume. Something from the sixties..

not very clean, a bit old and sad. shower kept dripping and light didn’t work in the bathroom

The park opposite, proximity to town, the pool, comfy bed
Staff too casual, room not fully provisioned initially ie had to ask for milk, utensils, WiFi details etc. Room lacked ambience.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant food very good. Great central location to all things to do in Charters Towers. Will definitely stay there again
The room/bedroom area clould have been bigger as the bathroom was about twice the size that would have sufficed. So if bathroom smaller, more room in the bedroom/sitting area.

Everything was very clean.
Even though there was a toaster and microwave there was no plates or cutlery to use.
