Great Location. We had a problem with the front door. Supposedly there was a new door on order. We received a side door key to lock up when we left the house. A few of the utensil's in the kitchen were rusty. Most of the pots and pans were teflon and scratched. There was a broom barely. The head of the broom was warped,did not sweep well. Furnished linens were great. The knobs on the stove did not have high low etc.

House was in great condition. Clean, close to beach, and very spacious. Couple gee minor things that we texted the rental company about to just give them a heads up for next renter but they responded quickly and still sent someone. Great service!

4 SandyBeach Trail did not disappoint. The property was spotless, spacious ,and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for a large group and having 2 refrigerators was very helpful. An added bonus was the activities in the basement,ping pong,Connect 4, etc. The pool area was a nice place to hang out even though for the size of the house , the pool is small. The short walk to the beach and location to shopping is very convenient. We would definitely rent this property again.

This was a fantastic house for three families to stay in with young kids. The pool isn’t huge but was perfect for our kids ages (ranging 4-9) and the heat worked great. Distance from beach is fantastic.

great location. PArk access right across the street. One block walk to the dunes to get to the beach. Home was in nice shape. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and two main-level primary bedroom suites. Big plus! The only negative was the back deck and the pool surrounded by the back decks and pools of adjoining homes so privacy while swimming or being outside is limited. The management company was very responsive during the stay. Would stay there again

This was our second Thanksgiving for a family reunion at this house. The bedrooms are comfortable and lots of dining space which is what we always look for. The location close to the beach and a park are great. The furnishings in the den could use an update and the tile floor on the main level made the kids' bare feet pretty dirty immediately unfortunately.

Pro- location- very close walk to the beach. Nothing is really right on the beach, so this is a close second.
Very roomy - the bedrooms are nice sized and kitchen is fairly big.
Cons -overpriced for the quality of the house - needs a lot of updating and just plain TLC. The floors all need work from wood to carpet. There are holes in the walls places and it is need of some paint.
We had a large group so we also rented a house across the street and it was 100x nicer for the same price.

This was a great house. It was very spacious and accommodating to our group of 10 adults and 2 children. It was very clean. It’s the first time we have had a rental that we didn’t have to clean ourselves when we arrived. My biggest complaint was the mattress we had. It was the downstairs master and I was literally lying at a slant. It was horrible. The deck area is very nice but the pool is a small. The houses are very close together with little privacy. The beach was a little further than we thought but not a difficult walk. There is a public parking lot and public/shared access. It was very busy.

The house is in a great location. Only complaint was the pool area. The deck was very slippery and had steps that were hard to see since there was no contrast. It pooled water and never dried the entire week. Also, the pool service was not very good. Aside from that, all good and Vacation Homes of HH were terrific.

This home as great - bedrooms with private bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked and organized for a family that likes to cook. A couple minor negatives: several deck chairs were broken (bit served well to block our dog from wandering down the stairs), the pool deck was extremely slippery when wet, and no view of the ocean, and wish there was a cabinet to store our food (to avoid the cluttered countertop look). No fault of the home, just the area.
With that said, it still made for a great extended family vacation!

Easy walk to the beach and it was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. One maintenance issue was resolved quickly. Highly recommend!

Family reunion
Stay was very nice overall.great location.the only downside,which is not the property owners fault,is there was construction in front of the home which unfortunately had alot of garbage and debris as our view.once construction completed,it will be an awesome stsy

Great location
Super easy to get to the beach, great perk having a park with playground within a 5 min walk as well. We had 16 people and didn’t feel on top of each other, but would say some improvements could be made to outdoor space- more shade/outdoor fans/painting the decking by pool to denote where steps are (lots of family members missed steps because it’s hard to see where the step offs are outside). The pull out single beds in every room need serious upgrades- only comfortable for small children- mattresses were awful for adults/teens. Cooking supplies could be improved too (for 16 people to only have one frying pan that doesn’t burn everything is tough!) But overall, great trip and great property!

Although the location was great, upon the arrival for check in at 4, I arrived to a completely dirty house. No one had come to clean it and there were bugs. The pool was also not clean and full of leaves. After contacting the rental company, someone came to clean it. However, this delayed check in for my family and was a huge inconvenience. We still continued to find roaches throughout the house after they left. We arrived on a Thursday and the pool remained uncleaned until Saturday accretion. Even after speaking with someone about it needing to be cleaned on Thursday.

The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed paddleboarding and parasailing. The beach was a 6 min. walk and we went everyday because we had beautiful weather. We enjoyed Frankie Bones Restaurant, Il Carpaccio Restaurant and of course, Pino Gelato. My family loved the vacation.

The house is beautiful, spacious and have everything we need. Huge dining and entertainment area on the first floor. Very well appointed throughout the house. All the bedrooms are good size. Overall, we were very happy with the rental. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, something we have not experienced at many other rentals. The pool is on the small side and dimensions in the listing would have been helpful to set expectations. The walk to the beach wasn't too long but seems longer when you're lugging your beach stuff. I highly recommend a beach wagon with wide wheels. One thing to be aware of is this is a public entrance to the beach so get there early to claim your spot, especially during high tide.
We loved the location relative to all of our favorite restaurants and golf courses. We have stayed all over the island and this was by far the most convenient location. If you're looking for a house for a large group (we had 14 people) this is a great choice.
