Ok for every thing

Break fast is good.

I ask for a iron and they lend me one.

2022 and nobody in the whole hotel speaks English. Only a kitchen waiter was able to speak a little bit ... They phone called me to tell me I need to move to another hotel and the could communicate through phone just because they don't speak english. They never come back again and I had to ask to a friend to ring them back. In the hotel that they move me (Goldener Hirsch 4 starts) the person in charge (again don't speak any english) threat me very badly, very arrogant. Also the breakfast is not a breakfast of a 4 start breakfast at all.

The hotel is missing elevator.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious.
