Underground car parking next door. Plenty of restaurants, travel agencies and souvenir stores in the neighborhood. Good communication with staff.
Property located on a busy street. Lots of traffic noise until late at night.

The location is very good, near restaurants, bakery, public transport and supermarket
The room did not have air conditioning, very hot in the evening/ night.
The bad smell every day from the bathroom,
Very noise from the street if you open the glass balcony door.
The glass balcony door was damaged, so we discovered it wouldn't lock, so not safe to leave any personal stuff.
Part of the shower head was broken, so it fall down when we went to take shower.

The staff were very friendly, room very clean, location also very good
No air-con, but at least they had a fan. Shower power was good but there was an issue with the drainage because the water would drain away very slowly. So you had to stop the shower every minute or 2 to allow the water level to lower.
