Sadly no usb ports anywhere in the hotel so there was an issue with charging phones.

The hotel staff were simply outstanding! I also really loved the hotel’s design and its location!

I would have liked to see more activities for children, as well as a wider range of entertainment options for adults. However, this in no way takes away from the wonderful overall atmosphere of the hotel!

More than exceptional room, right on the beach, unlimited drinks and foods, three options for restaurants that were included in the all-inclusive package. I also liked how many accessible chairs and areas to lounge there were and the cleanliness was amazing. The staff was very kind and very willing to help and answer any questions.

The sauna and the gym didn't work, even though it was part of our paid package of the all-inclusive. The staff said they would take a look at the gym and it still wasn't fixed (none of the gym equipment was working). One of the days we had to ask three times for our room to be cleaned. Some staff didn't know any English so we couldn't communicate, especially in the Japanese restaurant and the spa. The Japanese restaurant was extremely disappointing as the portions weren't what we had expected and the teriyaki options were below average. The sushi was fine but we were already frustrated trying to communicate with the waitress what we wanted to order. Also, considering how there are three bars on the property, some of the barmen made below average cocktails, while others were better and those were the ones we visited often. So, we were disappointed at the limited options that we had paid for a great amount of money and couldn't meet our expectations.
