Stayed for one night on route to Glastonbury fest and was just lovely

it was tastefully decorated.fitted its original era. it was lovely inside and out. we stayed in a room on the way to our vacation and one of the other room’s coming home. Each were individually designed by Barrie the owner. The breakfast was very good. Ate there one evening and was very nice. All of the staff were fabulous and so helpful. I would describe it as home away from home. The bar was great too. They are continuing to improve the the yard space at the back as we saw today. so that will be finished when we revisit. well done Barrie and your team. Thank you.

Friendly staff, decor, free parking, free WiFi, great menu and drinks.

Only problem we had was they needed a new seal or plug on the bath as the water drained out of it when I filled it up. Can't fault anything else

lovely country inn. stag couldn’t of been friendlier or more accommodating. Huge yummy breakfast not to be missed.

Everything- the staff were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and fun.

We had our pet with us. So great to have private access away from main pub hotel. Plenty parking. Great friendly welcome great choice wines and beer. Breakfast was excellent plenty fresh choice and a cooked breakfast. Our room was so comfortable with deep roll top bath separate shower and wonderful bathing toiletries. Fridge in room to chill milk which was provided. And any of your own drinks could be stored in there too. Just outside Glastonbury so ideally situated. Staff could not do enough for you.

Little bit of noise from road traffic mainly the odd car and tractor but it did not disrupt our sleep.

A beautiful inn....fantastic hosts...very friendly and welcoming. Lovely cosy room very comfortable bed... ..spotlessly clean...love the fresh coffee and milk in the room. The breakfast was delicious. ...full English and vegetarian.. Location great for Glastonbury and local areas.

There was an interconnecting door to adjoining bedroom , Locked ok but noise transmition was excessive.

Clean modern room, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The best cooked breakfats I've had in a long time, everything was of high quality and cooked well. Lots of thoughtful touches.

Fairly busy road but windows blocked almost all the noise.

Cosy pub with log fire, comfortable room, excellent dinner and breakfast with interesting menu, and very friendly, helpful staff.

No BBC 1 reception in our room and slow internet.

Lovely place, lovely decor. Beds were very comfy. Food was lovely and staff were very helpful and friendly. Good facilities in the room. Good breakfast choices.

We did have some very loud neighbours who were back and forth and up till gone 1am. Radiator was on full blast in room so we had to open window as it was so hot.
