Effie really took hospitality to the next level!! She took care of us during our stay in Nusa. Effie helped us arrange our transportation and was accommodating to all our requests. Their food is really delicious and the resort location is near the beach. The place and room were clean, plus it’s super instagrammable!!

Evi and the staff at Bintang were extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged transport, motorbike hire and fastboat bookings for us. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfy. Nice clean pool too. The hotel was a little far from the main settlement but close to Gamat Bay and Crystal Bay which was lovely at sunset. So overall location was not bad. We will definitely be back. Thank you Bintang Bungalows for a great holiday.

Wifi but same throughout the island. Best to use a Telkomsel simcard for signal

the property is in a quiet location, perfect for crystal bay, staff are lovely, food is very good and the pool is fantastic. we were allowed to check in at 9:30 when we arrived, the room was spacious and comfortable, would 100% recommend a stay here.

I stayed already 4 times at Bintang Bungalow / Hostel. This time is stayed at a bungalow not in the hostel room. Location is perfect, very close to Crystal beach for sunset. you can rent scooters at Bintang to go around. The staff is very kind and helpful. The bungalow was very clean - the outside shower a highlight. Food is delicious and not expensive. I’ll come back next year for my stay number 5! :-)

The Bintan Bungalow was very nice located. Off the road, quite and relaxt. Beautiful garden, with the bungalows nicely surrounding the pool. The menu was simple but nice. All the staff were super friendly. They can arrange everything for you: boat tickets from Sanur to Nusa Penida, pick up at the harbour of Nusa Penida scooter, trips etc..

We had some problems with the electricity and they fixed it right away.

Everyone was super helpful and kind. Gave us free rides to the beach and back. Located perfectly, close to the bay and to the dock Great value for money

Lovely hosts, good wifi, clean accomodation. As the bungalows are quite a distance from everything the hosts were happy to shuttle us to some local spots and to and from the harbour for arrival / departure at no charge. Pool area and gardens clean and maintained.

More suggestions than dislikes but we felt the following could be improved. In the family bungalows - 1. Bedding on the upper level same as lower level it was more like a mattress on the floor and not very inviting. 2. If offering family accomodation for tourists providing a simple all day children’s menu would be fantastic as the location is quite remote we found we had to get a lot of taxis for meals (250k return trip) when we would have preferred to spend the money with you at the accomodation. 3. Plug in mosquito repellent in rooms or coils on the verandahs in the evenings

The staff was amazing, very helpfull and nice to chat with. The room was very clean and had everything you need. The locations seems a little far but 15 minutes with a scooter you are in the center of Penida. Evi also helped us rent a scooter! Great service.

The breakfast was not so great.

Love the friendly staff who were so accommodating. I wish we were able to stay longer!!

We were very positively surprised by our room and especially outdoor shower. The infinity pool was amazing and the location was good. Wish we would have stayed a night longer.

Great place to stay, nice room with lovely outdoor bathroom and mosquito net above bed which was great. Lovely nice pool and seating area. Good services to arrange transport, scooters, snorkeling trip. Basic breakfast but good enough for quick breakfast eggs or pancakes.

Location was a little far from the main things we wanted to see but with scooter it was great.

Lovely place with comfy bungalows and swimming pool. Transfer service from hotel to the nearest Crystal Bay Beach are included and very much appreciated
