Lovely pool and lots of space inside the property for big groups. Nice that there are 3 bathrooms
The beach nearby, Ftelia, doesn’t have any amenities and is littered with rubbish. You would need to hire a car to stay here, so it isn’t really an issue as you can drive to other beaches

Vaida, our host was wonderful. She was available when we needed her but didn't encroach at all, she even popped over goggles for the kids.. The villa was perfectly clean and well equipped and the beds were extra comfy.

The property was extremely clean and the host Kostas was personable and friendly. He was prompt with anything we asked or requested. The only tricky part was that the villa was only reachable using a small road that had a steep downgrade along the mountainside. Kostas was extremely conscious of the public road and informed us that the residents in the area are working with the municipality to get the appropriate permits to make the road wider. This was not a negative in any way and the property made up for it but for us living in an area not familiar with roads like this it was a tad intimidating at first. Kostas and the property was very comfortable. The beds were perfection and the pool area was very comfortable and fun for our family! I would highly recommend.

Great location, amazing views, spacious villa with everything you can possibly need, clean, new, and most importantly super gracious hosts that ensured our stay was pleasant! This property far exceeded our expectations!

We came to see some real estate in Mykonos and we liked more the place we stayed: villa Aviola.
Unfortunately was not for sale!

What a wonderful stay. Vaida and Kostas are the best landlords there are. We were picked up from the airport and given a very warm welcome. We were able to contact them at any time and with any request. It was always cleaned and everything was done, that you could just feel comfortable. Your house is beautiful.
The photos only show a small glimpse of the beauty of the house. It was a fantastic stay. We felt very well looked after and can only recommend this dream location from these super landlords.

Very comfortable villa with big rooms and kitchen.
Kostas and his wife were very friendly and helped us with everything needed - including a ride to the supermarket.
Hard to manage without a car as the house is too far from a public transportation station and resteraunts though Kostas and his wife took us from the port and suggested a ride to the near supermarket

The space the property affords is essential to provide a relaxing family holiday, the pool and barbecue area is superb.
Could possibly do with some more sofa seating in the living room area’s and TVs in the bedrooms

everything else perfect
electricity wiring passes on top of house...and if it gets windy which is not unlikely for Mykonos you can have trouble sleeping

The property is excellent for a family holiday. It is big with 4 bedrooms, has plenty of space, a swimming pool and a very well equipped kitchen. The location is very good, the house is close to Ftelia beach but at the same time very quiet and private. There was even swimming gear (guggles, beach towels, pool inflatables, etc) available for the guests. Highly recommended. Kostas is a great host, always available and caring.

Kostas the owner could not do enough. From picking us up at the airport to providing anything we needed, the views are incredible and the beach is wonderful and peaceful. Kostas is an amazing host and very attentive.
The local bus route is tricky, you could be waiting a long time. The best way to move around in this location is by car
