The house was very nice and equipped for a long weekend. The space may be a little tight for six people for a week. The outdoor space described is shared with other little houses in a ring. Also, we were there during a heatwave, and the upstairs bathroom as well as the stairwell do not get air conditioning.
Also - there is not an oven. Clean, nice place for six people to enjoy the Delaware shore.

Nothing fancy but a wonderful place for the price point! Clean, cute and plenty big enough for a group of adults or family. Not easily beach walkable but short bike ride or drive to Rehoboth boardwalk (1 mile) or Dewey strip (.6 mile) Not a "party" neighborhood, so it was quiet.
Added bonus: Convenience store next door and great restaurant right across the street. Would return again.

Good location , close to Dewey beach and a short 20 minute walk to Rehoboth

This property was perfect for our family. We walked to the beach because parking is difficult. We had a great time

We loved our stay! The house was very nice and clean, just as pictured, and a perfect location! Communication with the host was great. Would definitely stay again! One thing to note though, there is no oven.

A group of friends and I rented this property for Memorial Day weekend. It was a good size for our group and was close enough to walk to downtown Dewey. The only complaint I can think of is the slight ant problem at this house, but I did notice traps throughout the kitchen.

The house was nice, I wouldn’t say much is walkable but the drive to the beach was very easy. The house is very cute and beachy, but there were no towels or sheets for the beds so make sure you bring yours.

At first I was disappointed with the location because I wanted an easy short walk to the beach but we rented bikes and this made everything so accessible! We were easy reach to both Rehoboth and Dewey! And the beach was so nice and less crowded than the hot spots. So I rate the location as Excellent! Someone before us had encountered ants shortly before our stay and we found not one but there was a can of spray out for us just in case we would. The place was lovely and we enjoyed casual chat with the neighbors, some of whom live year round and could offer advice on things. The rooms do tend to run a bit warm in August, but there are fans in the rooms to help the air conditioning along. Kitchen was adequately outfitted and we prepared some dinners there. We would gladly stay again.

We had to leave early due to an ant infestation. Found all over baby when she was sleeping in pack and play. Contacted the owner all she said was I’ll speak to housekeeping. Clearly not the issue.

Had a great time. Neighbors were very nice. The house was in a great location, perfect walking distance to the restaurants in Dewey.

My husband, sister-in-law, niece and I enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was just the right size for the four of us, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is less than a mile from the Rehobeth beach boardwalk .The kitchen was well equipped but does not have an oven so we used the toaster oven. The home is on a busy road, but we did mot hear road noise.
As is common in this area, you will need to bring your own towels and sheets or rent them. You may also need to bring a bar of soap and shampoo for the upstairs shower. Our host communicated very well and was helpful.

The house is part of a group of small community houses with a common area in the center. This house has had some modern upgrades in fixtures and appliances. It was clean and comfortable. The biggest disadvantage is being west of Route 1 which adds a little extra time driving to Rehoboth. But if you're headed to Dewey, it's a convenient short drive. Dewey beaches are about 15 minute walk.

Comfortable stay and so close to great beach places.

Good value, convenient for exploring Dewey and Rehoboth
We enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and as described, and the host communicated with us in advance of our stay so we knew what to expect (which is always a plus) and was available for questions. Wifi worked fine; basic kitchen and bathroom amenities were provided (although as noted we had to bring our own sheets and towels). Good value, and plenty of room for our group of 5.

Great stay in a nice and clean home
Me and some friends stayed in this home and were completely satisfied. I saw and read some of the negative reviews, but it looks like those were either exaggerations or the owner has improved the property significantly since then. The house was clean, we did not notice the highway being loud, and the location was great for the price tag.

We traveled to Rehoboth Beach for a lacrosse tournament.
We traveled to Rehoboth Beach for a lacrosse tournament. The house was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and a liquor store. It is also 1 mile from the boardwalk, which we went to every night for dinner. The house is clean, spacious and has everything you would need to be comfortable. The neighbors were an added bonus, they were so nice and cheered on our boys for their tournament. We would book this house again and if we come back next year, we will book again.

Great location on a main road to beaches/shops, walkable and safe, very clean and tidy, and the most affordable stay I’ve ever been on. Definitely recommend for family or small/medium groups.

vacation get together
was comfortable for our group, comfy to relax between our activities. Wish there was an outside water hose to rinse off. The only other thing was we couldn't sit at table as it only sits two.

Fit all our needs
We needed a place for a few nights, near our friends, that was clean and functional, but didn’t break the bank. This was perfect for our situation and was exactly as advertised. Thank you for this rental!!

I brought my teenage daughter and 3 of her friends, and this was a perfect arrangement. The girls had the two first floor bedrooms and bath, and I stayed upstairs with my own bathroom. It was a quick drive to Rehoboth and walkable to Dewey. It is right next to a gas station on the main coastal highway, so be prepared for those sounds. We used the outdoor eating space, neighbors were very friendly. Ample parking. It was nice to have a drying rack outside, and the furnishings were comfortable. Please note that the kitchen is very small, so keep "at home" meals simple. I had to be creative about boiling pasta in multiple pots and using a towel as a pot holder, but basic spices, oil, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags are supplied, which was really nice.

I was worried about the location but it turned out to be a bonus! We were able to go to all 3 beaches in 3 days.

Located on the busiest road in the area, but convenient location for getting around. Only bad part about the location was traffic was heavy Friday evening/Saturday morning with people rushing into town. Walkable to restaurants in Dewey and the beach if you wanted to. Place was clean and instructions for the house were clearly laid out. Nothing super fancy but good for if you plan on doing a lot of things outside of the house. Overall we had a great time and this place was a good value and great fit for what we were looking for on pretty short notice. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends or a family with kids that want to spend time on the beach or doing activities in the area.

The location was great, it was a 10 minute walk from the beach. It was nice that it had lots of rooms. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen was small and cramped. The carpets appeared to have cigarette burns.

Good
At first I was a little bummed by the location. It was right on the main road and next to a gas station but it ended up being ok because we could still walk to where we needed to go. The beach was a little further than expected and the boardwalk was a 20-30 minute walk not 7-10 minutes but we enjoyed the walk and found a cute pond with turtles and ducks that my daughter loved. All in all it was cozy and worked well for us. I did bring a blanket for my 2 year to hang out on the floor and was glad because it had carpeting and don’t love her rolling around on rental carpets.

Well it doesn't seem like I have the option to post photos, so I guess I'll need to just get very descriptive:1. This owner charges a cleaning fee, but I'm not sure where she applies the money, because it sure as hell wasn't for cleaning. Filthy carpet (made humorous with the "remove your shoes" post-it notes everywhere), ants marching in and out searching for a feast, absolutely reeked like an ashtray (made humorous by the "no smoking" post-it notes everywhere), stains on the sofa, etc. Just a dump that has had ZERO money put into it in probably 25 years.2. The mattresses were all clearly gathered from Rehoboth Beach's most recent bulk trash pickup day. Ancient, uneven, springs popping. And the best part - provide your own bed linens, because springing for a few mattress sheets and pillow cases would be just too darn expensive. That's ok though, the filthy, tattered, stained old 1980's egg crate cushions on top of the beds made everything better.3. Having a two year old presents its own set of problems when going on vacation. Constantly monitoring, making sure she doesn't get into danger. So you understand my consternation when I find my young daughter with a lighter in her hand one evening (found underneath a living room chair's cushion, along with further evidence that a vacuum hasn't been in the house in many months). Doesn't stop there though - she finds a 4 inch long, sharp metal nail file the next day! Obviously crap left behind by the last renters, obviously never discovered by the cleaning service that does not exist.4. Close enough to the beach, though not a safe walk - you're staying alongside a major highway/commercial corridor. Can't blame the landlord for that. But, this is clearly a beach rental - you expect that some simple amenities are available when renting a beach rental - like, an outdoor water source, to rinse yourself and your stuff off after returning from the beach. Might actually help achieve those clean carpets that the post-it notes clearly aren't achieving. Nope. Luckily, the place is part of a small condo cluster, and a nice neighbor, Mike, leet us use his hose. Mike is cool - probably the best feature to this property.Listen, if I were still 24 and wanted a flop house to return to after long days at the beach, this place would've been fine. But at 39 with a wife and two kids, this place was a awful. And for what this woman charges, you better believe I expect better. Save your money, rent a motel room.

Cozy house next to Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches
The owner is helpful and answers all questions quickly and kindly. The house is a good size and layout for a family of four, like us. It is pleasant and cozy and the owner has made an effort to decorate it with some nice artwork. Our disappointment was that it is on the main road.
