Very helful and nice staff! Location at national park entrance 2 was handy. Fancy lobby interior.

Breakfast sarted at 7 am. Would have appreciated 6:30 am to enter the park at 7 am. No air conditioning, luckily could leave the window wide open for the night.

No air-conditioning. Sorry, but after hiking all day when the temp is 34C (94F), you should be able to cool down. This is the only reason that I can't recommend this property.

Honestly the only good thing about this hotel is the location and free parking. Breakfast was so so. It was edible, but eat without expectation. The reception staff were helpful and kind. We completed Plitvice Lakes National Park trail H in 3.5 hours, so really there is no need to stay overnight.

Staff we greeted upon arrival at the door were quite rude. They did not seem to want to even answer us when we asked where we could park. Also did not offer to help with luggage and just stood there watching us. Room was ancient and not nearly clean enough to be passable. Shower was TINY and old. Hard to wash your hair without banging your elbows.

The rooms were more spacious than expected. The bathroom was very clean and equipped with toiletries. The buffet was not bad, they had a decent spread. They had some vegetarian options available. Bus services from the hotel to the lakes were free. They also extended our 1-day ticket to 2 days. Would highly recommend if you're visiting the Park. Super practical.

food for dinner was horrible don’t eat the Buffett if they offer to drive you to a place with better food make sure you go

We got automatic upgrade for our room. It was snowing, beautiful, and room was warm and comfy. Short proximity to National Park Plitvice. Staff was very friendly and made sure we had a nice stay.

The staff was extremely helpful in providing us with information about how to make the most out of our stay in the national park.

Hotel seems to have lacked some love and maintenance over time. Furniture, decorations are dated and the carpet (which is everywhere) has seen better days.

Location to park, just out the door and down the hill to Entrance 2. Room had a view of the lake and the terrace was nice. The breakfast was good, too. Staff were friendly and happy to help.

very close proximity to the park entrance mid starting in the morning very easy. The staff was very helpful, answering several questions, directing us to the right park entrance, and arranging a driver to take us to and from dinner in the evening. Lovely breakfast in an airy and bright space. Our double room was quite large, even by American standards lit alone European. staff let us leave our car in their parking lot, even after checking out, while we toured the park.

The environment while spacious, was a bit sterile and not very inviting. The free Wi-Fi did not reach to our room and we had to go to the lobby to use it, which was a mild inconvenience. our room was on the upper floor but there was no lift/elevator so we had to carry our bags up the stairs.

Bathroom was a little dated, no air conditioning in rooms and beds a little soft. Ran out of gin at the bar!

Location was excellent. Room was clean and spacious and breakfast had a very good spread.

A very good hotel with friendly people around. The room was great with a lot of space and 2 toilets. Also, the breakfast was good and the service was great. Added to that, the hotel is very close to one of the entrance gates/points to the Plitvice park.

a/c didn’t work and it was hot, rooms were dated, tub/shower was dangerous, hard to get it in, no restaurant, no food besides breakfast - crappy sandwiches at bar, no place to buy water and tap water was bad. overall, bad amenities

The staff was really helpful and friendly. We got 2 rooms with a door joining them. Decor's a bit old and tired, but it's clean and has comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. No dinner available but neighbouring hotels served plenty. Quite expensive at high season. The location was perfect for visiting the lakes. You could beat the queues in the morning, come out for the busiest and hottest time of the day, and then go in again and stay later than the crowds. You only pay the entrance fee for the 1st day and the hotel extends it for free.

Decor a bit old and tired. No dinner service, however there were several other places serving food nearby.
