in the room was a constant noise from some outside air conditioned units, the walls and ceiling were with a lot of stains, the noise from the other room was very easy to hear and the noise from other rooms bathrooms is very loud, I belive no noise insulation exists, none.

The location is perfect and the staff was very friendly.

The food

there was probably a technical problem with the heater...it was too warm and could not be adjusted, but I hope this technical problem will be fixed on our next visit. Everything else was fine.

It was very clean and the breakfasts were my favourite part of our stay! Spa zone was great, very clean.

when it comes to dinner, I would recommend going somewhere else as the food was not as good as the breakfast they provide. It took them too long to prepare the food and our order was mistaken. regarding the spa, The odd was that we had to pay for the usage of bathrobes which is strange for a spa hotel.

The room was specious. It was quiet, although the hotel is close to a couple of big boulevards.

We had issues with the bathroom. The breakfast is not even close to a 4 star hotel. The room could have some more furniture.

There is no way this hotel is a 4 star hotel. The pictures online are very deceiving. We checked in and checked back out again within 20 minutes of arriving. The hotel is very dated, tired, dirty and the staff are very unhelpful. We went into our room and right away we laughed at the fact this place somehow was 4 stars. The bedsheets had dirty marks on them, there wasn't a fitted mattress protector, the shower curtain was mouldy at the bottom, the bedroom curtain had holes in it and some kind of brown stain (could be blood) and when we went back down to reception after only checking in and said we wanted to check out they refused to give us a refund. For €20 more go and stay at Hotel Bulgaria. Beautful 5 star hotel. Avoid the Aqua like you would avoid the plauge.

This place is filthy. Dirt is accumulated on the floor with years.

Nothing to be honest..

There was several issues: 1. The room was partly clean, under the bed was never cleaned when we moved the bed so to be next the wall for my daughter to not fall from the bed as she has a way of sleeping rollover during the night. 2. The bathroom was tidy but the tub was having a whole and was leaking 3. The parking not free, it cost 10 BGN per day, the one next to the hotel is zone parking and during the day is paid by Bulgarian operator SMS, foreign operators nearly impossible to purchase as the SMS is not accepted, other way to purchase parking is by a ticket elsewhere as no ticket machine around though. 4. There was no laundry in the hotel as been told that they are searching for parts the machine is broken, no alternative laundry service been offered. 5. Was breakfast menu every day was the same and poor and not tasty at all 6. The Internet in the hotel was there but available for short time only, during the night after 22.00 hrs the service was switched off by hotel, tried find out at the reception couple times why the internet is off, their excuse was they do not know and will pass the info to the management, shameful.
