Our room was so much bigger than we expected it to be! It was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and we had a good nights sleep. The bathroom, again, was clean with shampoo and shower gel provided. The continental breakfast had lots of choice and we certainly weren’t left hungry!

Booking.com said full English breakfast available. They were wrong as owner only does continental which she told us before we went. Your info needs updating.

Excellent location for travel by bus to Lytham and Blackpool. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Plenty of options to obtain breakfast nearby. Car park facilities good.

Very poor breakfast
The place was very tired and the dining room was worn out. The room was small and the bathroom so tight movement wasn’t easy. Stairs were very steep, this had not been mentioned. The outside was grubby and unwelcoming.

The bed is hands down the most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in apart from my own !!! Me and my son loved our stay. Host was so helpful when the sat nav took me nowhere near ! Cant fault anything !

Although the rooms was small it had everything we needed and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of choice and a well presented full english. Anna was very attentive and really looked after her guests.
The water pressure in the shower was really poor

it was warm, the bed was comfortable, the house and room was exceptionally clean.
the area was a little run down and the room was very small for two adults and luggage. the house has had some renovation but it isn’t there quite yet.
