Our room was large, plenty big enough to accommodate our two bikes and very comfortable twin beds. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower.
We were cycling the Wirral Way so the hotel is ideally situated a short way from Hooton Station.
We had our evening meal and breakfast at the hotel - good food at very reasonable prices. The breakfast was spectacular!
The staff set the tone being friendly and efficient from the moment we walked through the door. They made our stay feel very pleasant.

Our stay included a daytime sit down meal, as well as an evening BBQ and party, which were both delicious and delivered with a great service. The staff are not only friendly, but have a nothings too much trouble attitude. It was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it! Thank you to all the staff and we hope to see you again soon.

Our large bedroom was sadly missing and place to put suitcases so they had to be put on the floor for the whole week.

My second stay, property really clean and a good sized space. There's a nice large shower and plenty of water.
The mattress is thin and not high quality, although I slept fine. Really need a bedside table on both sides for drinks etc and one pillow each is inadequate as it's difficult to sit up in bed without the extra back support a pillow affords, plus I prefer to sleep on two pillows as well.

Quite, no fuss .couldn't fault .anything. parking also available.
The large pile of cardboard boxes dumped next to the apartment.
These should be recycled not left on a pieces of ground for visitors to look at.

Staff were so very friendly and welcoming. Nice to have a choice of breakfasts. Room size large and very clean. Ample parking too. Just what we needed. Our second stay here and we will definitely be back.

Everything worked and the room was clean. The lady at reception was extremely welcoming.
The bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable. Went for a drink at the bar. There were three young people behind the bar who were clearly very inexperienced. After waiting ten minutes, for no apparent reason not one of the bar staff knew how to pull a pint of beer! I eventually bought two bottles to save the hassle.
The sink plug in our room didn't fit properly and there was a glass catching some sort of leak at the bottom of the sink.
