The all inclusive snack bar was great. The view from the hotal room was beautiful. Our room was on the 7th floor so we could see the whole beach. The lunch was great, but the breakfast and dinner could of been better.

The dinner and breakfast was very repetetive. The staff was nice, but are far from fluent in english. They should have at least one that speaks english fluently, for no misunderstandings.

It is a great place with brand new facilities (at least one of the building that only has pool-side view). WiFi connection was stable and fast

There is nothing to ask more from the hotel, however, depending on your interests I can recommend travelers explore east side of Mallorca (by car)

the sea view balcony and breakfast were incredible!

the walls in our room were very thin and we could hear the people in the room next to us very clearly

Everything was lovely . Beautiful Seaview room . Staff were very helpful also a very nice touch a bottle of wine and chocolates were left in the room for my partners birthday which I hadn't asked for .

Location is very good, it's literally 30 seconds to go to the beach.

Excellent pool, room was large and very clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Even left a bottle of wine and some chocolates in my room for my birthday, lovely touch.

Breakfasts were very good, but the evening meal disappointing, not a great amount of choice.

It was my first time and I enjoyed my stay. Everything: the room, the location close to the beach/bus/Aldi, the pool, the staff - were excellent at the off -season price that I could afford. The guests ( mostly Germans and not many kids) were not load and the stay was overall comfortable. One can rent a refrigerator for a tiny fee in case one has no food included.

The only issue was a terrible noise from drunk german tourists at the bar across the streets on Sat evening from 18 until 21, and hotel not being able to help , accept saying “ people are on vacation and allowed to be loud in Spain until midnight”. That was not what a guest want to hear and makes me not sure about staying again.

A very nice and clean hotel. Good breakfast and great location. Entertainment every evening.

A fridge could be standard and included in the price of the room. Otherwise is 2 euro per day.

Very clean rooms, most probably the only remarkable thing in this hotel. Location is okay.

Rooms don’t have fridges, if I knew this, I would never have booked in there. They have the worst pillows, I’ve ever seen. The beds have wheels and they are very uncomfortable, bad mattresses too.

The lack of English speaking channels on the bedroom t.v.

The location and view are truly amazing, the pool setup is also nice. The breakfast was very good, even better than what you’d get at a 4 stars hotel.

The room was poorly furnished and not renovated, beds have wheels which can’t be stopped , balconies are separated with shields but not fully so you don’t feel total privacy. You have to pay a deposit for towels, a fee to use the safe.
