Everything was good, location worked out well for us, quiet hotel. We stayed here for the second time and we were satisfied again Thank you.

The room is big and has everything one need. The kitchenette is very useful.

The bathtub was not cleaned, maybe sprayed with some desinfenctant but I doubt it cuz there were shoe mark from a previous user, probably wearing slippers. It was.all clean otherwise, but this part was o viously missed

The water pressure in the bathroom is very low... And the Breakfast is terribly poor, it is definitely not worth the price. Avoid it !

I was really statisfied with the accomodation. Everything was clear and nice.

Maybe the location is the only negative point but at least you can discover new areas of the city. However, that part of the city is very safe so I mean you have to walk a little bit more especially if you come from the train station.

Walking distance to city centre, good supermarket around the corner, safe underground parking for car and bicycles (8€ p.d.), kitchen sufficiently equipped, nice view from 5th floor apartment

Inexperienced receptionist at day of arrival (many unnecessary questions, wrong initial allocation to one-bed apartment, but corrected on demand). Small room size, but sufficient for short-term stay.

Convenient location of cool apartments, spacious, good equipped kitchen, elevator, balcony. Totally cool for us. Walking distance to downtown.

Nice location, 15 minutes walking from the citycenter, pleasant employee and a good price. Free parking in the area.

We were staying 2 nights and the last night at tuesday there came about 20 young people and make a illegal party, it was terrible, the police came to send them away and it was a long time with al lot of noise. We told the reception whicth was almost leaving her shift at that time that we saw a lot of people coming in which are not staying in the hotel, but she only tell them to leave and after that see also left. Other guest and we have to call the emergency number and then she came again. Maybe it is better to have a night reception.

After a nightmare party next to our room past 10pm (approx. 20+ people in the room) and until midnight and later the emergency receptionist could find us another room. Price seems to be fair.

Special request for 2 single beds could not fulfilled, the receptionist stated there are no such rooms to the more quiet side of the building existing (the other one is faced to the mains street). This is not true, because in the middle of the night, when we had to change the room because of unbelievable nightmare party noise, smoke, beats etc. next to our current room (approx. 20+ people in the room), the emergency receptionist could find us another room, 2 single beds, not faced to the main street. The property does not have a night reception, an emergency number only, where one can reach someone in another city! Since there was an emergency case, I was told first to call the police myself, later the long-distance-support could at least reach an emergency receptionist locally. No security service at the property! Therefor almost everyone can enter the building after having received door code from friends. Besides parties in rooms and/or on balconies the noise level is high, difficult to find sleep there really.

The location was good. The room had many facilities such as plates, cutlery and a TV. The shower was nice.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Some of the chairs and curtains had stains. The room lacked a coat rack

The staff was very kind and helpfull. Well located 10min walking distance from Stanislas place. Cosy Nice room.

Everything was perfect

It is very close to the city center and the neighbourhood is very quite.

The place must be renovated! And the hot water is heated by an electric boiler which is too small for 4 persons. Very few parking spots.

Nice room, good bed. Friendly staff. Large badroom.

Better of with airco...

Clean, comfortable apartment with lots of room. Separate bedroom and also a comfy fold down double sofa. Can sleep up to 4 people. Breakfast available for reasonable price. Walking distance to Nancy city center in 20 minutes easy flat walk. Main Tram is only a 5 minute walk from hotel apartment if you prefer to go to town and further

Staff spoke very little English (less than our French!). Could not get clear instructions to find car park even going back and asking again a second time. Gave up and parked on the street which was easily possible in this area.
