They didn’t have a key for the room, every time that we needed to go to our room, one of the employees came with us to open the door. For the same reason, we didn’t have the safety box working. The menu was the same lunch and dinner, and every day of the week. Some of the lightbulbs were not working and the table was damaged. Non of this things should have been in a 5 stars hotel. The communication was pretty hard since they don’t speak other language than french, thanks to a young man that speaks Spanish, we could understand what they were saying.

Useless. Dirty, broken air conditioning, spa shut, staying in very basic room adjoining main hotel, simply not a 5 star. Maybe a 3 star if the spa was open?!
