Good facilities, friendly staff, comfortable room with dressing gown and slippers. The food was good and we made use of the outdoor pool. We were supplied with a guest card that gave us free rides on local train and bus services and a few cable cars. The bus stop was close for town/station and gardens.

The room was big enough, the breakfast was lavish. Service was excellent. We left our Kindler in the room and it was sent to us by post. Excellent service.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, owners very engaged in ensuring everything is well organized and running smoothly. Bus stop nearby, easy to get to the center of Merano and the train station. Very peaceful location.

The location was very great! Especially the view from the terrace outside into the mountains. The staff was warm and friendly. There was nothing to complain. We appriciated our stay so much and will be back asap. We recommend to stay in that wonderful hotel to each other who will travel to Meran. Thank you, Hotel Ladurner.
