THE FOOD WAS BAD

location was great. a big shopping mall Unicentro located across the street.

The windows were covered in plastic due to Maintenance and painting of exterior walls. Paint and chemical fumes seeped into our room. We asked to be relocated to another room. Staff gave us another room on the second night.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and well-located. The area is perfect and quiet, the neighborhood fantastic, surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. The staff is excellent!

The property is fantastic. Perhaps the traffic around the hotel is the less favorable point.

The whole experience was amazing.

The hotel staff can be very noisy early in the morning.

We didn’t get the breakfast

Better towels -cardboard.

Breakfast was all ways good and the attention of the staff excellent. Drivers are very polite and helpful.

Bed was uneven The check out time is 1 PM with international check out is 3 pm, international flights most of the time are at night you are force to paid 1/2 of the price per a couple hours(very unfair practice)

I like the location, and the apartments are comfortable and well distributed. The included breakfast is delicious

Upon arrival given we had a reservation, there was a considerable increase of a tax the government is now charging. It was something I was unaware of and I had a budgeted price. The lady at the front desk was condescending and even made a comment that was out of place. She preceded to give us an apartment, that had no power. After waiting 25 min for someone to check what was wrong. I had to come downstairs and see if it was possible for us to get another apartment as we had to settle in and leave for an appointment. After finally getting moved upon request, I found the maintenance guy who said the apartment initially given to us had the heater broken and was disclose to not rent it out. So not only were they rude, they gave us an apartment they weren’t suppose to give, and did not even care. it’s the first time out of 4 times I’ve stayed that I get such disappointing customer service, and the service is gas been a big part of me coming back.

location. easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, etc. Very close to trendy Usaquen neighborhood. However, it depends on what you are planning to do in Bogotá. this location is far from the historic center and traffic is a concern. This location was perfect for us because our family lives in the area. the breakfast that was included was excellent, featuring local food and fruits. The staff was very helpful and cordial. All restaurants on site were really good.

I think the apartments need some renovation. Investing some money in painting the cabinets and updating the furniture. The kitchen appliances were not working properly. The beds were a little hard.
