Extremely noisy. Located very close to the road Old hotel in need of remodeling. Reception asked for a 1000 pesos deposit after payment in full at Booking.com

The hotel was a great value. We ended up upgrading our room on arrival which the hotel was able to accommodate at a very reasonable price. The master suites are much larger than the junior suites. The hotel also had a nice indoor pool, fully equipped gym, and a reasonably priced breakfast buffet. The staff was very service oriented and helpful.

The hotel is showing its age a bit. We stayed here 16 years ago and it looks like only minor remodeling has been done. There was also a lot of noise in the hallways sometimes because there was a large tour group with children and the laminate floors meant sound carried a lot. It is also important to note that this is somewhat far from the city center. It’s great if you have a car. If you do not, you will need to use Uber or taxis.

The room felt old, the shower drain didn't work correctly. The location is probably the farthest from the city center.

The service was excellent.

The only thing we didn't like was that they told us the pool was going to be ready and it wasn't ready same as the exercise room.
