The hotel is a beautiful villa with a huge park
I stayed at this hotel 6 years ago, and you can see that the years went by…
Needs a bit more attention to details of cleanings and services since it’s supposed to be a 4 stars hotel.For example, ee had to change room because the bedsheets were a bit wet when we arrived.
For breakfast there wasn’t much of choice, not international. The only sweets we found was bread with eurocream (which is like Nutella).

Staff helpful as far as possible, spacious room with a terrace.
Restaurant closed, upon arrival (at 19:00) we could only order pizza for delivery :/ Beautiful hotel, but quite dirty, need refreshment. Breakfast only served, very limited menu choice.

Beautiful location in a big park. Staff is super friendly.
We were the only guests in this big hotel. rooms are a bit outdated, some furniture broken and shower has mold.
We stayed 2 nights, but nobody cleaned the room or refreshed the towels.
Breakfast requires a good stomach, you had to choose from a limited menu, and portions are very big. No fruits or low fat choice.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially the ladies working at the reception.
The hotel primarily hosts groups on seminars, weddings and teambuildings, which can get really loud in the night. If you look for peace and quiet, check with this hotel in advance before booking, if a wedding or a seminar will be taking place at the same time, and then maybe reconsider the dates when you want to stay there.

The air conditioning was old and only in one room. It was bad to sleep in the bedroom because of the heat.

Very spacious room and clean hotel in general.
The water had smell of old steel pipes. The toilet seat should have been replaced some years ago.

THIS IS NOT A 4* HOTEL! Maybe a motel. But the bookings 4* rating is misleading at best!
Rude staff in the morning. Receptionist didn't answer to greetings twice, when paying didn't want to let me enter card pin but requested she has to input it herself.
DIRTY sheets.
Carpet wasn't hovered.
DIRTY bathroom (killed mosquito on the wall upon arrival)
1 glass in the room for 2 guests.
No mosquito net on windows (loads of mosquitos)
Was there with 8 month old baby, hotel couldn't provide kettle to make baby milk.
Balcony with asphalt of some sort floor (couldn't use it)
