Location is the key. It is 20-30 meters from the boardwalk and marina. Beach is very close. The hotel is off from the main shopping center, which we liked.
The parking is very limited. Because of the proximity to beach people park cars along the street. At evening those looking for dinner are parking there. There are restaurants opened late, so it was somehow noisy at late night.

Great value for money. Does the job. Location was a few minutes drive for lovely beaches and Diaporos Island. Another positive was their restaurant below the apartments. Parking also wasn't a problem.
The mattress wasn't comfortable to be honest.

It was good enough for the money we paid.
The bed was uncomfortable, the location was nice in theory, but in practice it was very noisy. Also... We were staying as a couple, there were 2 small and 2 large towels when we arrived, but after the second night (out of 4), one set of towels was taken away without any reason - they were hanging in the bathroom.

Near the centre of town, nice view on marina, nice balcony. The room was clean. Restaurant is nice. There is parking for quests. New towels every day.
Bathroom is small and not comfortable and there is no bathroom curtain. Internet connection is not stable. Also, there was a problem with water supply for bath. For that price i expected a little more.
