Lovely set up on the property, beautiful pool area, great front office staff, great cleaning staff. Great pick up and drop off at the port.
Did not like the cotton bed cover. Would have liked a coffee machine in the room. No washcloths. The sea bass dinner was overcooked and my friend’s dinner was not served hot.

The staff and facilities were absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond every single day. This will definitely be the place we stay anytime we visit Plaka beach.

The room was great - very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful for any questions. Very close to the beach, less than 5 min walk to a beautiful white sand beach!

All the staff at this hotel are super welcoming, professional and so friendly. They will help you with anything you need. The hotel is clean, quiet and very comfortable. The beachside location is perfect, with a bus to take you to city center. Would absolutely recommend, and we would definitely come back!
One thing to improve, would be the breakfast. It has a good selection of hot and cold dishes, but if you arrive after 09:30 it is very empty and they don’t refill very fast. We expressed this concern to staff to improve.

The location was excellent, the service was very good, the breakfast too. The staff immediately responded to any requests. Pick-up/delivery service to the port was excellent, immediate and included in the hotel's total cost : very convenient service.
Old towels in the bathroom (but clean of course), room needs some renovation, limited number of street lights at night on the way to the hotel.

Lovely swimming pools, beautiful beach and great service. Complimentary pick up and drop off to port or airport.
Not much information provided on check in about the property or services available or things to do. Minimum spend for hotel guests wanting to use the beach sun loungers. Rooms are quite dated.

The location is great. On the bus route straight into Naxos town and surrounding areas. Great restaurants nearby.
The cleaning staff are excellent and our room was kept very clean and tidy every day.
We felt let down by the property overall.
The rooms aren’t like the images on booking.com at all. The rooms are very dated and the pillows are hard with lumps in them. The bed is very uncomfortable and desperate for refurbishment. Felt like a 70’s motel. The grounds are run down and the volleyball court is a overgrown patch of dirt with rusty poles and torn net. There are also no disabled access. There is steps before a ramp? Or you have to go across the grass down to the beach to avoid stairs??
The staff are basically non existent and not friendly. They never come round the pool to ask if you would like anything. They reception staff don’t really make you feel welcome or explain anything to you. (A shout out to Daniel on the beach though. Who was friendly and did a great job)
The pool is freezing and the sun parasols don’t provide any shade at all.
Breakfast is limited and pretty basic. It’s the same every day and doesn’t have much choice.

The pool is amazing and it's a short walk to a gorgeous beach. There are beach bars close by but if you want to stay somewhere that has a buzz and lots of places to eat and drink stay nearer Agia Anna. The staff were amazing and the hotel was clean
We booked a superior two bedroom apartment that was supposed to have an iron, kettle and living area amongst other things. When we arrived we were shown a room that had one very small window in the adult bedroom that looked onto a brick wall (so no view) and two very old sofa beds int he kitchen with aged beddding for our two children aged 10 and 13. I refused to stay in it and to be fair was given another room which had two seperate bedrooms but still had no kettle, iron etc. The listing on Booking.com did not match what we'd paid for at first. We were then offered another room after two nights which had most of the facilities mentioned in the booking.com description. My advice would be to be careful when booking your room that you get what you asked/paid for. The first two rooms we were given were small and the first one had little/no view or natural light in the adult bedroom. The decor is very basic. The breakfast was not great, eggs, bacon, mushrooms were all cold everyday so I didn't eat them and stuck to pastries and toast. The bar is empty in the evenings with no atmosphere and the pool table is tucked away in the basemement with no natural light,

Pool area was lovely
We had booked a junior suite with a sea view. The images on the website looked modern and impressive with lots of in room amenities detailed.
However the room we were allocated was a very dated simple double room with an extra sofabed - this was definitely not a suite!!) No kettle or coffee making facilities, no stove, no ironing facilities. The wardrobe space was only suitable for 1 person) The bathroom was also dated and lack lustre. The seaview was not what you would expect and did not meet our expectations (more of a pool view with a little sea in the distance)
I complained to the reception staff and they said it was an error on booking.com’s part incorrectly detailing information about the room.
After some back and forth with the reception staff, they quickly provided a kettle (but no cups) and an iron without an ironing board - I later spoke to the reservations staff who told me if raised any further issues they would immediately cancel my booking without refund and would be asked to leave - as you can imagine was really quite horrified to receive this response!
The bottom line here is that there are some lower grade rooms that are being marketed incorrectly. My expectations were not met and did not reflect the price we paid - a very disappointing start to a long awaited annual family holiday.
I use bookings.com quite a lot for business and leisure and have never experienced anything like this before.

Great friendly staff
Great location
Great breakfast
There are many different rooms: old fashioned, modern, with sea view, with a private pool.... make sure to choose the right one for you!

The property is on the sandy beach of Plaka. However there is not much space on the beach itself as it is full of umbrellas and the sun beds are squeezed together. Young personnel do their best and are always trying to assure the best possible experience for you. Renovated rooms are clean and nicely refurnished.
We were obliged to book 2 suites (!!!) as no other options were available for a family of 4 even though the signature suite could fit 4 people just because booking’ system wasn’t well informed. The shower in one room was broken and fixed only after we informed the reception (24 hrs after our arrival) even though the cleaning service did come in the room at least twice in between. The signature suite with private pool has the parking and road as a view (yes, for real!). No soundproof in the rooms, after 7am doors are banging, people are walking and talking as if they were in your room. Sunlight comes through the shutters at all times. The Swiming pool doesn’t have a lifeguard, however it is full of life buoys all around the pool. The breakfast is supposed to be served until 10:30am but if the trays are empty at 10:15am the f&b superviser refuses to provide additional food. *A 10% discount was offered after all of the above had been addressed.

Everything was exceptional, the attention to detail and finish of the room I had was 10/10. I have stayed at a lot of similar priced hotels however this was another level altogether. The bed, linen and cushions were so comfortable also. Great breakfast and location was great. Staff were perfect it really was the best hotel that really surprised me I have stayed at.
Nothing, it really was 10/10

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly! Airport transfers were smooths s easy. Sun beds at the beach were awesome! Our
Our ‘sea view’ room overlooked a parking lot with the sea in the distance. But we were only in our room to sleep basically, but definitely would not pay more for it next time.

The large main pool is reserved for guests which is a nice break from the crowds nearby, and a great option when you tire of the heat/salt/sand on the beach. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options and space for everyone. The location is great for exploring the island - if you have a car. There are several wonderful beachfront restaurants nearby (Yazoo, Caya, Nomad, etc). The bartenders at the beach bar were very friendly!
The room was spacious and clean but very, very sparse. Beds were rock hard, and furniture and amenities were minimal (and the cleaning staff kept unmaking the beds and folding up the sheets and blankets every day!). This hotel is in need of some basic upkeep and upgrades, and would be better overall if it focused more on guests, and less on the hordes of beach partygoers that occupy the pool and beach areas. It's crazy that hotel guests still have to pay/hit a minimum to be able to use the beach beds. You are definitely better off heading to a different beach/restaurant where the beds are less crowded and the beach food and service is better.

I loved the location of Argean Palace while sating in Naxos. It is a walk away from the beach and restaurants. My room was great only problem it faced the street. However, the room was beautiful and spacious and the mattresses were comfy. Anna at the front desk was delightful & made me feel comfortable. The front office was helpful with deals & tours. Lastly the breakfast was fantastic !

very polite staff. the owner’s family is always present and willing to help with anything. I had forgotten my mobile charger and evdokia the daughter of the owner went to Chora to buy me a new one and she did not want to take the money she paid. they made us an upgrade and they gave us a free room until our departure in the evening. the hotel is very nice for Naxos standards with a big pool. their beach bar is also nice with many snacks and drinks and a perfect beach . thank you !
you could put some plants in front of the room’s pool so that there is some privacy

Nice pool and beach set up. Staff were nice and arranged a free transfer to and from the Port.

location, pool and room. Staff (all but one) were friendly and very helpful. especially John in the pool bar and Daniel at the beach bar area. Plus all the receptionists. Room with the pool was amazing and clean. Gym was better than most due to the equipment. just needed AC though!
overall, really nice hotel and rooms. we absolutely loved the pool area. always quiet due to the beach being so close. excellent customer service from start to finish. we absolutely lover the fact they hotel pay for your taxi to and from the hotel. This was a great touch.
we upgraded to the room with a private pool. the pool was cleaned every morning which I thought was great service. The double bed was gigantic. The TV was large and new with Netflix and Prime app to use.
the hotel is located on one of the main beach's with a few min walk to lots of restaurants (all highly recommended when you go right of the beach).
we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
No WiFi in the gum.
No AC gym, so it was very hot. cleaners came to room too many times per day. One day they had entered 3 times. Once to leave a duplicate menu??? but they always did a great job. One of the poolside bar waiters was unpleasant and unwelcoming. Every morning he was just miserable. Tall guys, dark hair and bit of facial hair. shame because everyone One else were super friendly.
You have to spend money at the beach bar to use beach sun longer. 15 euro for some and 30 euros for yhe cabanas. we paid a lot of money for the vacation, this was uncalled for.
WIFI in hotel (all Greece) is very bad. but you get used to if.
Breakfast is so so, but they try and cater for Germans and Scandinavians. so it was to be expected. there's always something to eat. I just like my food to be hot and not cold or like warm. Still lots of choice of you're not picky.

Its close to a nice beach where you can relax and actually swim. The arcitecture of the room is beautiful and the Privatpool is awesome.
The communication befor the arrivel with the hotel was not really good. The housekeepers knocked on our door every morning to ask if she could clean even we obviously wanted to stay in the room with a privatpool.

Nice quiet location, hotel has 2 pools & is very close to Plaka Beach. Staff were very friendly & accommodating - we arrived too early and was able to check in before 3pm. There’s also a lot of restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean & spacious, had no problem during our stay. The hotel does offer sun beds but with a minimum of €15 consumption. Overall we had a great stay, we highly recommend!
Wifi needs improving. Breakfast was quite repetitive.

The place was beautiful! I was upgraded through Booking.com and had a huge balcony. Comfortable bed, large shower, spotlessly clean. Right on the beach, close to restaurants, great breakfast buffet.
Nothing. It was early in the season, so the 2nd pool and pool bar weren't open. But they weren't needed.

ocean views, jacuzzi suite, great breakfast, automatic cappuccino machine at breakfast, clean, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
We liked it a lot.
