Its in a great location walking distance to center. The rooms are good and comfortable and they offer great cheap pick up service from Airport. And the staff is just amazing

The staff is exceptional; so kind, caring and extremely helpful. I wish I'd remembered the name of the man at front desk; he wears glasses and a welcoming smile.

The room I stayed in was perfect; it's really light and beautifully minimalistic but elegant. However, there was a strong odour of dampness that changed the comfort level. It may have been from the rain that wet the carpeting in the passage. Other than that all was wonderful.

Extremely kind, professional and helpful staff

Nothing at all - it was genuinely fantastic

Everything, the receptionist was very helpful and informative. The room was clean and we had a nice view. The toilet was very spacious and it was very clear.

The staff were very welcoming as soon as we arrived, and were helpful throughout the stay. The hotel had a great location, just a 5 minute walk from the Royal Palace.

The room was slightly on the small side, nevertheless it was clean and comfortable.

The location was convenient. The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel is dated. Our room was dated along with the bathroom. I don’t think I would stay in the hotel again. But the staff was very helpful and always willing to assist with luggages and anything that was asked of them.

Tuk tuk drivers outside jump on you as soon as you walk out the door and are very persistent. I was dissappointed not to get a refund when I left 2 days early due to an unexpected issue. The room is very small and the bathroom smelled bad. Overall, i felt the hotel was ot good value for money compared to Thailand for example.. There should have been at least a breakfast option.

Upgraded to room 503, so beware as this room was awful with terrible smell from sewerage which got worse during the night. Bathroom very shabby and very badly built with shower leaking and toilet not plumbed properly.
