The staff was very polite, helpful and kind. There is a big variety of the food and drinks.

The staff are fantastic, especially Andy at the pool bar, the pool is a nice size and good temperature, it's only a short walk to the beach which has watersports, sunbeds and a restaurant/cafe. It's not far from the high street with bars, restaurants and shops; the local buses are brilliant, cheap and on time; we didn't bother to hire a car and didn't need it for what we wanted to do.

The food was a little bit repetitive and very meat heavy at lunch & dinner which was fine for us, but may not be great for vegetarians/vegans. The bathroom was tiny which was a bit frustrating and the triple room wasn't huge either.

pool area and pool bar not particularly smart, we didn’t really spend much time in the evenings there.

Breakfast and lunch were really tasty, fresh and easy to access. The pool and bar area were both comfortable and not at all crowded. For a small 3 star family hotel it over delivers.

The rooms were small, crowded and some minor maintenance issues (cracked tiles, shower water spilling across bathroom floor, shower not working properly).

Food was pretty much the same everyday. There should be more sun-beds and they should be replaced with new ones.

Very low-functioning aircondition. A good day we could get down the temperature just some degrees. We had to use a fan to be able to stay in the room. Very dirty and old sunchairs at the pool. A lot of the were broken. Only tapwater was served which tasted chlorine. No bottlewater at the bar or restaurant. Very lowbudget drinks at the bar. No original sodas. For example the drink Aperol Spritz were made with white wine and sodawater. No cold water in the shower at daytime so you had to shower in very hot water everyday. There were also no handle for the shower so you had to hold the handle by yourself to be able to shower. Superhard beds which made you wake up with backpain every morning. Very small rooms. Generally same food everyday.

Nice and not to big a hotel. we were on our honeymoon so the hotel made sure that we had a cosy room and had put flower and rosé Wine. Super service at the reception. Pool was fine and it was mostly families with kids staying at the hotel.

Dinner time was a little to early for us, it closed at 20.30

Very comfortable bed! Slept very well here. Room Was always very clean. Our room was renovated with nice furniture, but bathroom not. We liked Lunch from the Grill and that for the dinner also hot soup was served (each very delicious). Good Location between all beaches (cca 5min walking) and right next to the Shopping street. Kolymbia is very tranquil but nice. Staff was VERY friendly, we felt very welcome.

.Very small and dated pool , next to the street (weirdly positioned ). Poeople reserving the poolbeds early morning with the towel... I personally didnt like the people coming to the Lunch buffet (it was outside, next to the Pool) in their swimming wear, men only wearing slip :/ that was weird..

At this price point the hotel is excellent. Staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. We arrived late, at 11.00pm, and the night manager produced dinner they had saved for us and got us a couple of rounds of drinks from the bar. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good, although some may find it lacks variety but we were all happy with it. Drinks of a good standard for an all inclusive, quick service at the bar and real glasses. Rooms (we were a party of 3 couples) were all comfortable and cleaned daily. Our bathroom was a little small and the shower cubicle a little old, but spotlessly clean and everything worked. Great position near the bars and shops and a short walk to the (mainly sandy) beach. Pool was good with plenty of space and sunbeds were always available, even though the hotel was full. Sunbeds were a little faded and one or 2 broken but this didn't bother us. Plenty of tables and chairs to eat and drink at, and these provided welcome shade. We were allowed late checkout (5.00pm) which enabled us to enjoy our last day. It is not 5* but for the money you will do well to find a better hotel.

we loved how friendly the staff were! Despina on reception was so nice and helpful, when we arrived earlier than planned she directed us to go and have breakfast while they got our room ready. Andi and Leo in the bar were the best, they were always happy and smiling and up for a laugh and kept us entertained throughout the week. we loved the Gyros station that was available from 4-5.30. The hotel is in a good location and had good bus service to other destinations such as Rhodes/ seven springs and faliraki. There were always sun-beds available around the pool and the beach is around the corner.

The rooms are slightly dated but still comfortable and clean. could maybe have some more evening entertainment, in the week we stayed we had a disco one night a Greek night which was fab! The only thing we didn’t like was leaving!

Every single person in the hotel were pleasant and nice. We really enjoyed in our stay there. Rooms are very clean, I recommend to take rent a car to visit all beautiful beaches of Rodhes.

THE BEST PLACE!! the hotel was always clean and comfortable, the staff did everything to help you and really make you feel like a part of their family whilst there. the food was brilliant, different each meal and the gyros in the afternoon was very tasty. we stayed in one of the newer rooms which was beautiful. location is great for access to the bus, some shops and restaurants near by. Andi and Leo were the best bar staff, always so friendly and great fun!

cocktails were very sweet and would be good to have more beer options. but this was the only thing we could think of!

10+ rating for all staff, I felt that their daily smile was natural and for that we THANK YOU !!!

Fantastic small family all inclusive hotel. Staff, food, value, location all great. I can't say enough about the friendly people working at the hotel. Great location on the island, food was fresh, beautiful beaches within walking distance to the resort, pretty pool, clean rooms, and a quiet atmosphere good for families. I would recommend this place to others and come for another visit. We had a great stay! Disco night was a highlight and so fun for everyone of all ages.

It is a cosy resort in which you do not feel like “one more”. It may not be the most luxurious one in the area but the facilities and the staff make you feel very good during your stay. The quality of the buffet is more than acceptable and the drinks included, served by the super friendly Leo and Andi, keep you refreshed throughout the day. A copule of beaches within walking distance, and the hiking to the Tsambika Monastery are also highly recommended.
