it was a beautiful hotel with all you would expect from a top quality hotel. The two female staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful breakfast. I’m sure most British travellers would find it a home from home

Very noisy location

The Schloss is beautiful and the town a delight to walk through. Very quiet rooms, lovely place, and nice staff. Room was a little warm (mid-June) but a fan was provided and windows did open full, so we were able to cool off and have a nice evening. The room remained quiet, even with the windows open. It was very clean and welcoming when we arrived.

The beds were a little softer than I like, and my teen also said her back hurt a bit when she woke up. However, if you enjoy a soft bed, this wouldn't be problem.

Nothing. Only one room was provided instead of booked two.

Booked two rooms for me and my collegue. Due to the mistake of the staff only one room was available. Lady at the reception was helpful and friendly and quickly found a room in another hotel, but the convenence of trip was lost. Very annoying drunken man sitting at the receprionist's counter made my waiting even worse.

I didnt acually stay here, but my parents did and they just loved it. Awesome room with a private whirlpool bathtube in the bedroom. They slept great. Breakfast was very tasteful, typical German dishes. Plenty of parking available. Beautiful Castle park area attached to the hotel. The prices where below German average.
