It is in the center. All the shops, restaurants and walking areas are around. There is a shady parking, which sometimes can be crowded, but it is nice. The host is very polite too.

As all the other greek buildings, this one too doesn't have insulation. It is very hot in the rooms. The room was very small and the AC was over the bad which was a problem at night because we had to sleep with it turned on because it is impossible to sleep with the windows open due to the fact that the villa is in the center and it is VERY LOUD at night. There is a kids park next to the villa which works til late and a street where loud cars and motorbikes pass during the night.

The location is close to the city centre and the city beach. They had they own parking in the shadow. The room was spacious and clean, with the nice terrace. Even if we stayed around the centre, during the night is over crowded and noisy, the room had good sound isolation and we didn't hear anything.

Central location in Sarti (Sarti being also a good base to explore the region) - clean room - very kind and helpful host

Room number 14 on the first floor. Lots of noise from outside. Too loud trucks, cars, motorbikes early in the morning at 5 o'clock. There is a children's park with pinball machines next to the house that makes a lot of noise until late at night.

Central Location very good if you want easy access to shops, bars, restaurants, the beach.

Only drawback of the very central location is the loudness of Sarti night life , you can hear mostly everything.

Clean rooms, equipped for cooked kitchen, pleasant atmosphere and very friendly and kind owner. We would visit again and recommend it!

Very spacious and in good location

The bathroom wasn’t up to modern standards. The shower curtain wasn’t positioned properly over the shower tray and consequently water poured out onto the floor. The kitchen was very old fashioned and unsuited to cooking meals. The light switches are not positioned at the right points in the rooms.

It's 30 meters from the beachfront. It's walking distance to everywhere in Sarti. It has a parking which is very convenient.

The toilet was not clean. The curtain in the shower had mold . Sheets were a little dirty and hair was all over the floor.The room was decorated probably a very long time ago. The mattress was horrible.
