Calitatea saltelei.
Geamurile vechi nu se închideau bine, curățenia superficiala, guma de mestecat lipita pe dulap, masa lipicioasă, neigienizată, fața de pernă murdară, aer condiționat defect și fără telecomandă, mucegai la colțul de lângă ușă, gresia din baie spartă, wc-ul nu trăgea apă, pereții murdari, saci de gunoi pe hol. Pozele de pe site nu reflecta realitatea…

Better than we expected. comfortable bed, large room and it was very warm.

1- all the three rooms were freezing cold heaters were not working.
2- shower and bathtub taps were covered in green and white mould disgusting.

The worst experience ever. Unable to use the shower as this sets off the fire alarms in the hotel. Widows broken in a few rooms and so no heat stays in the room. When asked for support staff unprofessional and brought a hairdryer to heat up the room and laughed. No refunds available even though they aren’t able to provide the basics. We came for just 1 night as we had just landed in Luton airport. Needed to wear 3 layers of clothes to stay warm. Unprofessional and rude.

Worth the price we paid, considering the time spent there.
Close 10-15 min drive to the airport with taxis being around £15-£20.
The closeness to the main road so you could hear traffic.
Generators were outside our room so was a bit annoying but due to only staying there for a couple of hours before a flight, we did not request a change of rooms.

The room was large and spacious, well kept and nicely furnished. The bathroom was large and had a tub. The bed was big and comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful during check in. Also during checkout the lady was very helpful. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the heater in the room made it warm and comfortable. Its within 5 to 10 mins walking distance from Luton town centre which is very close to main sites, shopping, food outlets and attractions such as the Town Hall.
the room is along the main road which can get a bit noisy during night time due to cars driving by at speed but overall this shouldnt matter as the room was comfortable and the room was lovely.
