First class breakfast, excellent central location ,all bars and restaurants in easy walking distance.
The owners were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. A pleasure to stay there, we will be returning in the future.

absolutely lovely guest house. spotlessly clean. great location, fantastic hosts. highly recommend and will definitely stay again should we ever go back to Southport .

We would like to thank Chris and Helen for their hospitality and kindness. Lovely and clean.This is our second stay,we have loved every minute breakfast is exceptional. They both couldn't do enough for us. Hoping to see you next year.

The hosts were very friendly and the stay was excellent breakfast was brill. Good rooms and will take some beating. stayed in Southport before at other hotels. Not a patch on this one. Will be looking to go again. 100% all round

The hosts Helen and Chris were very friendly, the food was excellent, the room was comfortable, clean and at very reasonable price. It's situated close to the town centre which was handy for me since I use public transport. In all, I don't think I could have found better accommodation.
The only thing I would have changed is to have the facility of a bath. I use a shower most days but do enjoy a good soak occasionally.

spacious room, quality breakfast - not your cheap stuff, great location twixt Lord St. and the Prom, very well run, spotless and covid compliant and the host are very nice people
The flats opposite the guest house are pretty noisy late night and early morning (4am and 5 am) with people outside talking on mobile phones. Other than that, it's a good place

Full English breakfast if you wanted, hosts couldn't do enough for you. Friendly, Polite, Knowledgeable. great location, great host, would and will go again. very highly recommended.

The owners were so accommodating and they provided everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was excellent ,all facilities were catered for. The breakfast was excellent, everything was cooked to perfection and hot.
