The staff at the reception were very nice. The hotel all in all met my expectation. Ideally situated in the heart of Khobar.

Old furniture, Door card not working, need to use metalic key!!! no recreation Area.

Lack to essential kitchen steelware such as spoons، knife,frying pan... etc.
Poor condition for some closets door.
Old TV entertainment device with blinking display and not equipped with wifi or bluetooth Connection.
Very narrow underground parking entry and exit.
