Dank Baeckerei im Haus gibt es besonders leckeres Fruehstueck. Nettes Publikum, vorwiegend Stammgaeste - Monteure, Vertreter, Messebesucher. Grosse Zimmer, super sauber, manche mit Riesen-TVs fast wie im Kino. Nettes Personal ... alles in allem eine sehr positive Erfahrung.
Rezeption ist nicht durchgehend besetzt. Ein Wasserkocher aufm Zimmer wuerde gerade im Winter den Komfort erhoehen. Ansonsten - ziemlich perfekt :-)

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, Personal an der Anmeldung und Frühstücksdamen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig! Es wurde immer nachgereicht. Einfach Klasse!!!

Very practical digital check in system. Small room but excellent for a short stay. Bakery is next to the entrance door so breakfast and other meals are available almost right from the bed.
Check in explanation delivered by mail is in German language (few fords in English without sufficient seance). Booking is an international site so minimum effort to send English version too, would be more convenient and respectful for the guests.

Everything was as expected; and when there was a slight problem, management outdid themselves to help. I appreciate that.

It was a very good option for a last minute trip, we were glad we found such a good place to stay. The lady at the reception was kind and very helpful. The room was comfortable and big enough for us.
A small fridge in the room could have been useful.

A clean hotel, we had 4 perfectly comfortable days and nights. We noticed some nice efforts to make it look more modern, nice new chairs, refreshed walls.
On Friday it was a bank holiday, so there was no chance to get any breakfast at all, not in the hotel, nor in "Der Beck" café (Burger King and Edeka were closed as well). So a boiler with some soluble coffee and teabags in the room would be very appreciated.

Beds are as hard as the floor.
Toilets are not usable if you are taller then 1.50m because shower wall is in the way. Had to sit on the toilet sideways.
According to sign reception would be open 7.00-15.00, but it wasn't.
