Lovely staff and amazing location, close to the center by foot.

Very good located, close to a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. The breakfast was very delicious and we could choose every day between several dishes. The staff was very friendly.

There aren’t a lot of sunbeds and especially there are no parasols at all.

Spacious, clean room, air conditioning, comfortable bathroom with hair dryer, pleasent pool, delicious breakfasts.

The staff is amazing. Fernanda and Valentina go out if there way to make you feel at home. Very clean and great location near the main street. The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant is not part of Hotel but offered great value. Would definitely recommend and will return.

The Restaurant staff could be a little friendlier and patient when dealing with large groups. Has nothing to do with Hotel but could learn a lot from the Hotel staff on customer service.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed. Good shower temp. And pressure. Nice pool and coworking space.

My only issue (which isnt the fault of the hotel) was the building work outside my room which started early and meant that it wasnt as nice to use the balcony.

The shower head definitely needs to be replaced and the beds could have been a bit more comfy. But it was decent.

Location was the only good thing of this hotel.

This hotel has the worst toilets in the world. The toilet in our room would not flush. It was the most unpleasant and embarrassing experience to call the maintenance repeatedly to fix the toilet. The walls of the room are paper thin. We could hear the tv of the next room. The wifi was terrible. The room description on Booking.com said Arenal volcano view but there was no view from our room as it looked into the passage outside. For breakfast, there really are no spread as it is meant to sound in the description.. you actually have to choose only 1 item from a choice of 5. Misleading again!

The staff communicated promptly through WhatsApp and I had a room ready upon arrival. They helped me coordinate with the restaurant to have my breakfast to go for my excursions. the breakfasts were delicious and nutritious. the staff was kind and helpful. they changed a lightbulb immediately when I notified them. the hotel is right in the Center of the town, near their Central Park, delicious restaurants and all stores. very easy to go anywhere you want. it was an amazing value for al the benefits of this hotel, and I highly recommend it for the friendly staff and location.

while it is in a very central location, the rooms that are facing the outside get a lot of noise from the street and traffic and all times, even at night. The rooms are not soundproof and if you are a light sleeper like me, your neighbours might wake you up.

Everything was extremely clean and the front desk staff was amazing!

Tasty breakfast, nice pool, daily housekeeping, very clean, aircon, TV, location 5 mins to town, gorgeous view of volcano from hotel, looked after garden, value for money. Best hotel we stayed at during our 2 weeks in Costa Rica for our mid range budget.

Roberto and Fernanda were super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way when my son felt sick and Roberto went beyond the extra mile when he changed my flat tire so we could get to our next destination without delay! Clean, centrally located. Walk to town but off the main road so quiet at night. Great breakfast, hot shower! Highly recommend to stay here while in La Fortuna.

Best hotel ever. It's a small hotel, so the service is impeccable and personalized. The owner Roberto helped us lots of times with transportation, organization and the staff is just as nice! They really want you to enjoy your stay at the hotel and in Costa Rica.
