HORRENDOUS NOISE! LOUD MUSIC till 3am!!! Stay away from this place. There's a bar right underneath some of the rooms that blasts music till 3am (apparently longer during weekends) and the rooms gets thick with cigarette smoke from people smoking there. I was booked for 6 nights, left after 2 because it's absolutely impossible to sleep there and I was throwing up from exhaustion. With window closed, horrible heat inside and ear plugs I could still hear the music!! When I was leaving, the guy at the reception told me it's my fault and I should have said something the first day. The first night when I unable to sleep I checked this website and it said the hotel was sold out so its not like they could have moved me to a different room. Then he said it's my fault because I asked for a room with a sea view. First of all, in no language in the world does "sea view" mean "torture me with laud music every night". Second, I didn't choose a room with a sea view. I booked the last available single room. When I arrived however the room was not single and the photos from this website didn't match the room I was in. The photos available on this website that display under my booking are of a room that faces onto the street, on the other side of the building to the one I got. The guy at the reception says he doesn't have these photo on his system and doesn't know where I have them from. They are literally displaying under my booking in the app. Oh, and the acclaimed "sea view" is of a commercial port with cranes so hardly something worth advertising. The hotel is an absolute joke. They obviously know about the bar (check all the other reviews) and still think it's appropriate to charge more for those loud rooms due to the sea view. That bar is the only place in Puerto del Rosario that blasts music every night till stupid o'clock.

Stayed March 2023. It was in a Central Location, 10 minutes walk from the Bus Station. Close to beach. The Hotel is not hard to find, as it is a blue building. Very convenient to everything. Staff very helpful .

There was no breakfast facilities.

The location is really nice, right in the city center. Pedetrian road is 2min by foot. the harbor can be reached in 1min by foot. I had a quite room to the courtyard, which is a 3x3m blue painted square, can't be used for relaxing. The room was a bit darf therefore, but since I only spent the nights for sleeping there it was totaly fine. During the day I was out&about. The staff was extremly friendly and helpful.

the only downside was the mattres of the bed. It was pretty worn out and I slept a bit like in a hammock :-/ unfortunately the roof terrace wasn't very inviting the WLAN went on & Off

The shower overflowed out of the shower area. Management said they were going to fix it..but too late to tell us afterwards Only one bad mark the shower problem

Good value for money, simple clean rooms with small Fridge and TV. Perfect for me as a solo Traveller. The Area is busy with Cafe`s, Bars and Shopping Centrum. Close to the Beach Playa Chica, around 5 min walking. Friendly welcoming Staff, thanks. All in one a nice stay, would recommend. Don`t go to Puerto del Rosario if you`re looking for a Ballermann 6. Go there if you like sun, relaxing and see local lifestyle, superfriendly people there around.
