The air conditioner didn’t work as well in some of the rooms furthest away from the main part of the house.

Everything! We had the most fantastic stay in this villa. It's such a beautiful villa and the pool was fab! So clean and spacious. Felt really secure as had private gates at entrance and security alarm in the villa. Marc was so helpful with any queries prior to our stay and any queries/issues we had during our stay were dealt with immediately. Highly recommend it.

The Place is Beautiful. The Space , the Flowers everywhere, its so Ibiza. Simple , but very comfortable and cozy.

The Bathrooms/ Showers would need and update. As in some you cant shower without everything beeing wet. maybe some glas around the shower instead of an old curtain. The Light did not work everywhere but they fixed it after 2 days. Moskitos where horrible … but I dont know how to fix it. maybe Moskito nets?

Great villa with a large territory in a good location. Enough privacy for all the guests. There is a supermarket nearby, what is very convenient. The host is friendly and helpful, was helping us a lot via what's app. Kitchen has all the appliances needed to host a lot of people - dishes, big fridge etc. Multiple fireplaces in the house, large pool, trampoline, BBQ and enough parking space for lots of cars.

Villa was not well prepared - heating was not working the first night, only next midday gardener came to fix it. There was also no materials for the grill and fireplace in the beginning, these were brought to us next midday. No coffee in the kitchen. The owner was not there when we were checking in, his friend greeted us. She was friendly, but hardly spoke any English. Gaming room is a nice option to have, but due to rains cealing was leaking and games were wet. Also none of the arcades worked unfortunately. If everything works in the room, it is super cool place!

Beautiful rustic Ibicenco house. It is a very spacious house equipped with everything you need for a big group. House fits up to 12 people but every room is very private. House and garden were very clean and location is close to everything you need. Definitely recommend this lovely house!

Property owner met us at the Airport and gave some of us a lift and helped booking taxis for the rest of the party. Villa was lovely and everyone loved their stay here. Would recommend!

The location is beautiful and clean. The pool is awesome and Mariano (the host) is always interested to have satisfied clients! We arrived already at 10am and Mariano surprised us with breakfast and cold beer!! We‘ll come back!😊
