Maria Laura is just an amazing host - always attentive and perfectionalist. At the breakfast, she will make sure that you start your day with a broad smile on your face. Enjoying the sea view (the San Pietro island and just the open Mediterranean Sea all around) every morning and evening was priceless. The room was more spacious than we expected and always very clean.

Villarolu is just an exceptional place! the hostess and her husband make sure the stay is as comfortable as possible. the terrace view is great, the breakfast always tasty and the room is clean and tidied up daily. we had a great time and felt cared for, as Laura recommended a nice restaurant, offered to make a reservation and when she saw us leaving to the beach handed us a sun-umbrella! I would really recommend Villarolu to anyone, as I am sure the hosts will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Everything was great! Perfect view from the terrace.
Lovely lady to welcome me. Takes care of the guests, Nonstop. Romantic breakfast on the terrasse. Lady boss recommended a very good restaurant for lunch in town. .
Great airy lightroom. Easy to the ferries. Easy to the town. The great local restaurant downstairs. Fantastic breakfast with a view. So hospitable and welcoming.

Our hostess was super caring and kind. Gave us tips for eating and how to get to nice places. The breakfast was very cute (and nice displayed) for each person individidually and we could choose our sport in a very big nice living room/winter garden type of room directly next to the sea. Due to the current pandemic, it was nice since you could keep good distance to other guests (there are 3 rooms for guests in total). We felt very at home here and Portoscuso is also a very pleasant and charming town with beautiful scenery and very nice food (we recomment the menu degustazione at Sa Musciara).
In our last night we unfortunately had very strong winds and a bit of a thunderstorm, but this is not really at fault of the B&B or our hosts. But we found it hard to sleep then since the winds were loud against our windows/walls.
