No lighing i room. No room service No hot water in washroom Intercome not working Internet not connected

Location and clean

Resturant is not there

Rooms are big and clean

Connectivity to city is very poor

Well, I can say that Prashant the person at the reception was efficient , prompt pleasant and quick to respond for all my queries though solution was not in his hands. Check in quick and fast. Twice he came to our room for our problems but unfortunately he could not sort it out.

The owners need to wake up in this hospitality service industry as its word of the mouth and reviews that will bring them consistent business and patrons to this hotel. 1. No Wifi connection in 3rd floor at all. Twice he tried but to no avail. 2. Rooms were not cleaned for a while, There was a foul odour all around. 3. Bed spreads were not fresh and giving any good feel factor, 4. No TV channels as the smart card was giving error all the time. 5. Bath towels were very poor and bad quality. 6. The entire premise gave the feeling that its more a bar and restaurant than a proper hotel accommodation. Surely not for familiarises at all. 7. Room was quite dingy and unpleasant to say the least. 8. There was no occupancy in the neighbouring rooms in the 3rd floor and still we were given room here. 9.Location in very isolated place,
