They didn’t honour the Booking.com reservations that I had saying that many online booking people don’t show up so they don’t block the rooms…

Room was neat and clean where as the knobs of Wardrobe were broken, No breakfast was served though on the website of Booking.com I selected room with breakfast. No hot water for shower in morning. Very poor room service as the people employed are unprofessional Abd do not know customers significance There was no drinking water in my room

I think they need to improve on their Human Resource and also need to train them.

Staff was so arrogant, room have bad smell of smoking and its feel very bad. Room was not proper clean, bedsheet was so dirty. No room cleaning service provided in my 02 days stay

Staff dont know anything. Breakfast is same every day bread and butter with tea very bad. Breakfast looks cheap n best for them. For wifi you have to beg, a person wil come put some secret codes, that too will stay for some time. Lifebouy small soap and dove shampoo saschet 1 or 2 pc each. Towel is 5 or 10 year old ones. Rate is comparatively high. They wil collect separate gst along with booking fee. Many more...
